Could not believe my eyes when I spotted the Scorchio, dug around more and found the Kacheek, thought that was the last of it until I saw the Noil looking up at me. They were $12 each and definitely had the keychains applied aftermarket but I cannot believe my luck!! I love them so much 💖
I will be honest and say I know nothing about JC other than I really like the design and my best friend loves JC. I saw this bag sitting front and center with the other bags and it was $6 so I figured why not get it and clean it up later.
What do we think, did I do good? Should I keep it at home as a collectors item or can I use it as a daily bag?
ETA: any tips on cleaning?

Hopefully this fits since she’s comprised of tangle patterns. 7+ hours of labor and love went into this piece. It felt like each line knew where it needed to be. Looking forward to making more and improving my technique and style.
Starting at the beginning for this since it’s relevant. I lived with my friend a few states away for a few months during 2024, during this time I had brought all of my most valuable Pokemon cards, the collection was valued over $30k as of a few months ago.
I had to return to my home state due to a family emergency and could never afford to make the trip back. She held onto my things after moving in with a new boyfriend, who within the past month has cheated on and broken up with her, he kicked her out shortly after. She was unable to take all of my cards with her as he was screaming at her and breaking things as she gathered her and my things.
She spoke to his mom a day or two after being kicked out about retrieving my cards and she agreed to bring them to her at the end of the week. A day or so later she says they’ve all been destroyed and thrown away. He claims to have scoured the whole apartment for them but couldn’t find anything. He was trying to sell them to his older brother for a quick $2k to purchase more meth but fell short since he disposed of them.
I’ve tried retrieving them in person once already but I was told that if I attempt to meet with him he will likely try to cause me serious bodily injury. I made an attempt to meet with police outside of his apartment to be escorted inside to retrieve my things but he had been warned in advance by someone not to open the door. I did receive a chunk of my collection back but I am missing a massive amount still.
I reached out to him prior to being told they were destroyed and he admitted custodianship and destruction of my belongings before blocking me.
Is there anything I can do at this point?
These cards meant more to me than any value they had, they held what few good childhood memories I had. The emotional turmoil of it all has sent me into an emotional spiral so many times now that I had to be put on watch in case I tried to hurt myself. I’d greatly appreciate any advice, thank you for your time.
This piece was an insane 7 1/2hr labor of love. Midway through my iPad decided it no longer wanted to charge, managed to resurrect it so I could finish.
My first time painting a fish, my reference was a largie my bf caught not too long ago.
Time spent: approx 3 hrs.
Over 1600 strokes.
I used Procreate and stuck to using “Vintage Texture Mw” “Spectra” and “Wild Light” as my main brushes.
What do we think? Is it at least identifiable? Truly was out of my depth with this guy but I really did try 🫠
I had a booking recently for two dogs. They were both incredibly sweet and the owner was nice however she never confirmed the booking and ignored my messages asking her to confirm it.
I DID stay and care for the dogs because it’s unreasonable to leave them unattended like that but now I’m left not knowing what to do. I’m unable to get ahold of Rover support so I just reported the booking and am hoping for the best.
Any advice on what to do from here?
ETA: she WAS responsive until the end of the sitting, where I noticed it didn’t show it was fully booked. From my end it seemed like it WAS booked until after the fact when I got home and saw it said “no bookings”. This is the first time I’ve had something like this happen and I don’t super duper appreciate the implications that my brain is smoother than it is over this. Their entire profile was glitchy the whole time and I figured Rover was just bugging. Lesson learned, I won’t stay at someone’s house again if the booking bugs on me.
Wasn’t sure which flair to use but behold! Went through my camera roll and found some pictures of the geode I was gifted when I was a kid. It came from a museum that was being demolished, my step father at the time was doing said demolishing and discovered it among a bin of other specimens and held onto it for years until eventually gifting them to me.
This one in particular has (i believe) turquoise, fools gold, citrine, iron inclusions. If anyone has any questions or would like to teach me about my favorite specimen please feel free to comment.
I’m unable to add or remove debit cards or banks, it asks me to verify my banks account number and when I enter the account number it says it doesn’t exist. I’m unable to receive ANY payouts now because it’s refusing to send them until I add another debit card (which requires verification that doesn’t work).
Is there any simple way of solving this? I’m not given any other options for verification unfortunately so I’m not sure what to do. I have $20 sitting in limbo now 🫠
Found these guys in a bag at the thrift mixed with a handful of honeybee acres pets a while back. I’ve always wanted to own some of these guys but they were always out of budget so I jumped at the chance to get them when I saw them lol.
I got a few other pieces of clothing and set items with them but I figured I’d start with these divas.
I couldn’t tell you when I actually got the crystal waterfall and started building it, but I do know it was a LONG time ago. Today, I finally completed it. It was an effort mostly led by the NPCs who are kind enough to gift back, but I believe a few of you from Reddit might’ve helped as well! I can’t believe the journey is finally over… next up, the Homemade Hot Air Balloon!

The lion who was sent out to be repriced was back today! But as I was bringing him to checkout the tag fell off AGAIN. This time they let me keep him and scanned the tag bc I had brought it with me. The other two I must’ve missed yesterday but have been secured now 😂
