I would much rather stories be paused for an indefinite amount of time than have a rushed ending.
I'm really annoyed when a story's ending is rushed. I'd rather just wait until the author can finish the story or until the funding is there.

Personally, I would say that Beerus is. He goes out of his way to help people on multiple occasions despite having no duty to do so. Sometimes this is food based, but often it is out of actual concern. Meanwhile, Goku is often just motivated by wanting to fight.
Numerous states (as well as multiple towns in MA) have banned industrial, gas powered, leaf blowers because they pollute way way more than cars do, and because they are carcinogenic for the users. Would you approve of such a ban? Obviously, it wouldn't have to be enacted immediately (you don't want every gardener to have to incur a huge loss). The ban could be on sales starting in a year and use in 5-10 years.
Edit: Pro-tip: if you are looking for an alternative to a leaf blower, you can actually mow right over your leaves in many cases. This will fertilize your garden and help it grow.
Edit 2: It has been pointed out to me that this regulation needs to also regulate HOAs because some of them have specific rules about what you can do with leaves and how fast you remove them.
For me , it's Texas. A lot of the people I know from Texas did not like living there, but loved the food. Additionally, I've heard from my friends from China that a lot of the cities there have air pollution problems, so I'm not sure I would want to visit for long, but I would certainly want to try some of the restaurants!
Necromancy (raising and controlling the dead) I think could be considered ethical because it's not like their bodies are doing anything otherwise.
I live in Watertown, and don't know how to find out more about the Democratic primary candidates.
Recently the rate of crimes using kids' images that have been posted on social media have skyrocketed, from using AI to make p*rnographic images of them, to algorithms to collect their information and steal their identity, or to even find out where they live. Given this, I believe there is an extraordinary risk of harm to children for which the government needs to step in.
Possible counterarguments:
"Why not just educate parents and let them decide?" Because parents don't always prevent kids from harm even when they're told. That's why we have child protection laws in the first place.
"Isn't this against freedom of speech?" Freedom of speech isn't universally good. In most countries, including the US, there are already exceptions for child protection.
Edit: someone pointed out that blurring is no longer an effective tool. So instead I would suggest covering their faces with a matte color.
This seems like it would be popular for men, but what about women? Would you like seeing the swords, dislike it, or be ambivalent?
Believe it or not, I know a guy who this was a problem for. Stuck between a rock and a literal hard place lol 😂
I'm at my uncle's vacation house and I bought a bottle of Paesano at the supermarket for the week. It is much less flavorful than I remember. Is this just my imagination?
Why am I asking here? I think some of you probably can already guess why: because too many MAGA people are attacking it to get a normal perspective of what people think. I just saw it, and thought it was enjoyable, but I would have changed some things.
Not only are there general political messages throughout the story, but sometimes it seems really overt, like in Fishman Island.
I have heard people say yes and no, and have also heard people say Islam is much worse, however people are way too biased to trust individually on this issue, so I'm hoping engaging with more people will give me better clarity.
That's it. I was just thinking how cool it would be if you could turn into different types of transponder snails.
I have never been convinced but I am interested in how much others believe.
It sucks whenever I visit my family they convince me to go to church even though they know I'm an atheist. So the last few times I spent my time there pondering questions such as this.
To me it seems unethical, but maybe that's me coming from a point of privilege.
Exposure therapy is the gold standard for treating OCD and can be highly effective, but many people do not even know about it, and even many therapists do not know how to properly do it unless they are OCD experts. And even people who know the treatment that they need often have to wait through a very long waiting list or can't afford the treatment.
I have heard people say different things about this, so I wanted some more answers...
