The title track and my favorite track from one of the greatest musical achievements in human history. Paul Simon was just born to bring music into the world. He also brought the world into his music, utilizing South African musicians and the rhythmic conventions they flowed naturally with in such a way that I’ve never quite heard duplicated to this day, flawlessly blending in zydeco, cumbia, rock and roll . Here as always is my arrangement: incorporating those elements into something new while honoring the song.
