Old co worker has a 60” 10 drawer epiq with no power drawer or anything but only wants $3k, yes it’s paid off.
The same snap on dealer that sold him that one has a 68” 10 drawer with a power drawer that he repoed and he wants $5k for that one. Which one is the better deal?
If I have the funds would buying both be dumb? I feel like I can make my money back on the 60”, or trade it in to the snap on guy?
5’11” and with my usual 32” jeans with sneakers and shoes standing with boots the fit is absolutely perfect and has a minimal stack that looks picture perfect but if I remotely sit they ride up about this much at most, is this too much rise when sitting down or is this somewhat acceptable, doesn’t look too darn bad to me but I do have some 34”s on the way.
What do you guys think? Is the 32” a no go? Way too much rise?

Been an automotive tech for about 5 years and wrenching is not an issue, I’ve worked on diesels and gassers and Audis for that time. Never really touched a MB but it’s all the same concept, sensors, wires, and nuts and bolts like all of us techs say.
My question is how reliable are the 2018-2020 S560s, I don’t care about a valve cover leak here or there or small maintained and expected items. I’m just wanting to know if these cars have any sporadic and big issues like throwing a rod or electrical stuff taking a dump like screens or interior things.
Anyone well versed in these can give me some pointers and tell me some common issues as well ? Thanks!
Looking at 2018-2020 S560s, found a super clean one with 67k miles (I know it’s a bit high) for $37k but it’s optioned with the upgraded sound system and in the color combo I like
My question is, at this mileage what big “maintenance” is coming up or what parts start to fail close to 100k miles on the m176?
I come from the Audi and GM world, ima technician and good with cars, from what I’m used to for example: 100k miles V6 and V8 Audis they need the rear timing chains or that’s about the time they start to have slack, for GM cars lifters on V8s start going at that mileage. What do I expect from the M176? I don’t care about dropping the drivetrain and doing work I just want to know what to expect and common higher mileage work that’s usually done.

Was driving my 2007 Prius 165k miles like any other day and there was a boulder from landslide debris and hit it deadon but it was just short enough to not my bumper fully but it went under my car and hit my transmission and subframe and my car pretty back surfed over it, bent my floorboard upward. Right away got a message to pullover and put car in park and apply handbrake. After that I can no longer start the car, have it up on a lift and the transmission case was scuffed but not cracked or damaged enough to leak fluid out. Can’t see any wiring that has damage. Possibly a ground a bit further back?
Any input would help. I’m seeing no wiring cables damaged but the codes are current and won’t clear
