Brestmilk is 20% of LO feed

I’m 4 months pp and my supply never went beyond 8oz day. As of today, it’s about 20% of LO feed and I wonder if there are still benefits for the baby. I feel ok continuing as I got into a routine and have a pump I like.

WDYT?

4 months pp update

I do massage every night and silicon strips

What more should I do? The cut is not great and there is a shelf but less than it was.

Photos are 4 months vs 4 weeks.

Women in DevRel: how do you stand out without attracting the wrong kind of attention?

I’d love to hear from other women in Developer Relations, especially those in senior/leadership roles.

How do you build visibility, personal brand, and strong relationships in a male-dominated tech environment without men interpreting professional interactions as an invitation for flirting, hitting on you, or making weird/personal comments?

I’m interested in practical strategies: boundaries, networking, conference dynamics, online presence, and how you handle those situations without becoming less approachable or visible.

Would love to hear what has actually worked for you.

4 months postpartum and looking for advice on how to structure my days + lose the baby weight

I’m looking for advice on creating a realistic daily schedule that allows me to take care of my baby, work out, and lose weight. I don’t have family nearby and nannies are expensive, but I do have weights and a Pilates ball at home.

Currently 193 lbs, goal 140 lbs.
What routines, workouts, and meal strategies worked for you postpartum, especially without much help?

How to find discount for woolino

Hey, I’d really want to purchase woolino ultimate sack for my baby but it is super expensive at the moment. Are there any discounts or special days? Second hand is far and not so attainable. Hoping for some clues

Looking for encouragement- baby is 11 weeks old. 0.05% weight

Baby was burn early term at 37 weeks.
No nicu. But on the small size.

Feeding went well so fat but lately baby falls asleep during feeding and don’t finish the bottle.

I’m frustrated since we are below expected volume for baby’s age (710ml).

Baby used to spit most of the food, but now with medication it is way better.

Currently averaging 650ml a day.
I’m mostly afraid and hoping for some encouraging stories 🙏

10 weeks pp - looking for advice

The right side is more sunken and creates a shelf when standing.
I do massage every day and see improvements yet wonders if there is more I should do.

Beyond the shelf, what did you do for skin color?

Night nanny alternating nights

My partner and I are considering hiring a night nanny, but only for alternating nights rather than every night.

We know having any night nanny support at all is a huge privilege, and we’re very grateful to even be in a position to consider it.

For parents who have done alternating nights with a night nanny, did it feel worth it? Did having guaranteed sleep every other night make a meaningful difference to your physical and mental health, or did you find the “off” nights still left you exhausted overall?

For context, we have a newborn, both work in tech, and are trying to balance cost with getting enough rest to function well.

Would love to hear real experiences.especially what worked, what didn’t, and whether you’d make the same choice again.

Medela symphony not working?

I’ve been getting close to nothing from the symphony compared to a portable pump. Could that be? I’m sure doing something wrong.

I use the same flange size.
