29 years ago tonight. I saw this tour two months later outside Boston and then again the night before New Years Eve.
Live After Death wins the grand prize but that picture is about as good as it gets. The slightly modified Bible verse is pretty good too.
Now, do we like the mono or stereo mix? Up vote one or the other, I'll start with one for mono
I wanna rock!
This was about as perfect as it got for this lot
Not the full show but 30 minutes of the boys in all their glory 50 years ago to the night.
I caught this by accident. I don't know what's going on but its something. Or maybe not...
Mind you, I'll be able figure something out but still...
Happy 50th! If not the best of the early albums its second. Some stiff competition it's up against
45 years ago. The full show audio is on YouTube too. I wonder about that outfut too sometimes Ozzy
45 today. This is my least favorite album with the original lineup, even though Mean Street might be my overall favorite original line up track.
Really good show overall but there's no good reason they used Dennis Stratton on the cover and significantly worse than that the LP just ends three quarters of the way through Drifter. Still really good though.
42 years ago tonight and as usual a fantastic Montreal crowd.
