I'm making a tier list template for new stages. What should I add?

I know all we got is speculation, but still anything helps. Just doing research for a video.
The tracks being added are:
N64 Sherbet Land
GBA Yoshi Desert
DS Luigi's Mansion
Wii U Sunshine Airport
Wii U Hyrule Circuit
Banana Temple: A golden pyramid in the middle of the jungle with TONS of DK references, including minecart sections. And golden banana iconography.
Hammerhead Bridge: Named after the battle stage of the same name from Splatoon 1 & 3. Recreations of Inkopolis Plaza and Splatsville are on opposite ends of the bridge.
Obsidian Mountain: A mountain made of glass-like obsidian rock. Rivers of both water and lava can be found here.
Battle Maps: DS Palm Shores is off the coast of Sunshine Airport and Scorch Gorge from Splatoon 3 is somewhere between Hammerhead Bridge and Yoshi Desert.
Diddy Kong, Link, and Inkling would be added as new characters as well as new Dash Food and costumes for various characters.
SNES Rainbow Road is unlocked for the final cup.

I will say though that this list reflects my personal desires, not predictions.
It is ordered within tiers.
Shadow, Frisk, and Squid Sisters were not requests, I just wanted to ensure my top three were included.
PLEASE share both character name and their home series, or they WON'T be added.
Picture would be nice but not required.
Please look at the other comments to see if the character you were going to say has already been said. I want a lot of different characters, not 20 different people saying the same guy.

I'm trying to recreate it and I'm having a bit of a hard time. Even if it might not be one of the levels in the game exactly, if there's idea of at least which level the tiles belong to, that would help tremendously!

Sonic 06 really messed up who and what Blaze is to the Sonic universe. Sonic Rivals did the same thing to Eggman Nega. And then Silver was never really fully completely explained. Nowadays they just pretend there's zero inconsistencies and try to look at Silver and Blaze as little as possible (and for all we know Eggman Nega is dead).
Blaze still has her backstory of being from the Sol Dimension. Silver still has his story of being from the future. But we know almost nothing beyond that. Sonic the Hedgehog himself has even mentioned that no one knows how Silver was able to come back in time, and zero attempt is made to explain it further than Sonic saying, "however you do it."
I'm certain people are going to comment with their own theories or headcannons, and I'd love to see them, but that doesn't matter since there's literally nothing official.
How about instead of spending time bringing back a dead character nobody asked for and explain the lore behind that we instead clear up an incredibly important part of the timeline that is completely jumbled up? Silver and Blaze are far more important and far more popular than Infinite. Why can't we at least get closure that helps explain the world and timeline?

Just thought this would be a fun way for everyone to showcase their own OC, especially because, realistically, every actual Sonic character started as a fan OC of some sort on a technical level and made their way into the games, comics, movies, tv shows, etc.
So who is your OC? If Sega released something today that was the official debut of your OC, then what would it be? That means no retroactively putting your OC into previously released things unless it's a special expanded re-release like Sonic X Shadow Generations or Sonic Colors Ultimate.
Be sure to also read other people's comments AND react to them too! I'll share my OC in the comments as well as to not steal the spotlight and make this post about my OC.
Obviously I don't just mean the standard remake, but more-so what is heavily implied to be happening with the upcoming Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake or what we've been seeing with the Final Fantasy VII Remake Trilogy.
I personally would like to see Pokémon Red & Green get this kind of treatment. I know, nobody wants to go back to Kanto, it always seems to be Game Freak's go-to, and we still need Unova remakes, but Kanto as a region and a place has always felt so boring to me, but I know so many would disagree. So this would be the perfect opportunity to finally have the best of all worlds!
