
I am Concerned about Etsy's "Adequate Time" and Case Rate Warning Pls Help 🙏
Hi everyone, I recently received a warning from Etsy about my shop being on pause due to the case rate. They mentioned they've reinstated it as a one-time courtesy and will give me "adequate time" to improve.
Could anyone clarify what "adequate time" generally means in this context?
Also, my current case rate is 2%, and all the closed cases are from June. To bring this down to 1%, I'd need about 1,500 orders by the end of July, which is impossible to achieve in such a short time. Should I just maintain my usual performance and focus on not getting any new cases opened on Etsy? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
