Rear rotor friction - 2013 Hyundai Elantra

Car: 2013 Hyundai Elantra, rear disc brakes (cable actuated manual brakes, not drums)

What started this: Dust buildup + a faint friction noise while driving.

What I’ve already replaced on both rear wheels:
•pads
•calipers
•rotors
•Both rear brake hoses
•Removed the rusted dust shield entirely (confirmed not rubbing)

Calipers bled clean, no air, no sponginess.
The remaining problem is that 3 of my 4 rotors clean off surface rust normally after a drive.

Other symptoms:
•Slight pull to one side(alignment was done recently)
•Faster wear on that same rear passenger tire (noticed this before any of the repairs)

What could be causing this? It’s really annoying and the car doesn’t drive in a straight line. I even replaced the steering wheel coupler to help with the steering.

Edit: I’ve also greased the caliper hardware before inserting the new brake pads.

Edit 2: reason I replace the calipers to begin with is that the same side I’m still having issues with, had a seized and rusted caliper.
