It appears that Weigel’s, Casey’s, Pilot, travel America, etc all have the majority of their nutritional facts online. Is it possible to use that info and easily-ish to get it out into the database? I already had one copy of their original release of the self titled album and I was lucky enough to get it signed by the entire band at a recent show, but I want to protect it and put it in a frame for display, but I also want to listen to the music so I bought an extra copy to keep for myself to listen to while I frame the original and I plan to gift the other copy to a friend who has recently fallen in love with their amazing music.

January 7th I started my journey. First pic from day 1. Second from 30 days in. 3rd is today.

It’s been nearly 6.5 months and my insurance wouldn’t pay for any weight loss meds or anything, so to spite my doctor who was just begging to put me on a plethora of other meds, I went to the gym and started logging everything with chronometer.

Doc said I won’t need the meds now.
