Why would an agent tell me

I'm looking for land in another state and starting working with agent there to find a building lot. things have been moving very slow. Not a ton coming out on MLS.

I asked her is it worth looking at anything off market and she said there's nothing worth looking at off market.

3 weeks later someone tells me they've seen for sale signs on lots in their neighborhood but they aren't on MLS. so I ask her about them and she says they are actually her listings she will be listing in a couple months. I said can you tell me anything about them?? and she is being very vague and sort of blowing me off.

just trying to figure out what is happening here?

Immunotherapy and yeast

my dog has been taking immunotherapy drops for about a year. when we went to the dermatologist for a one year follow up, they found yeast on his paws and gave me 40 days worth meds to treat it. I think it is still there he still licks. I'm not sure the immunotherapy is addressing the yeast, so what would?

Shallow breasts have been my problem this whole time.

Growing up I always thought I was a 34B. then as I got older bras felt so tight. so I kept going up in band size. but they feel horrible. so doing measurements it says I am still a 34 b or 32c. I'm going to try a 32c as I am pretty sure now i do not need a larger band but rather larger cup. having shallow breasts made me feel like I would never fill a larger cup, but now I'm understanding this way differently. I'm 45. can't believe I'm just figuring this stuff out.

looking at either of these for my home. mostly concerned about pet hair, dander and odor and dust. does anyone have either of these and recommend one over the other? looking to stay under $200. eventually going to get one for my bedroom too. this would be for a living area. I'm in the US.

I have a realtor in my state that I've been working with for the past decade or so. I have started looking for land to build on in a nearby state, with a new realtor that I just met (as an investment property / 2nd home). A good lot seems harder to come by in this area. The new realtor has nicely set me up with a search (basically same as looking at zillow), and has been kind in sending me information about lots that I have had questions about.

But, nothing has been hitting. Are there more assertive approaches I could take to looking for lots? Such as, asking in FB groups, reaching out to vacant lot owners. I am glad to do these things on my own, but I also don't want her to think I'm going behind her back. I've sent her what I'm looking for and she just keeps telling me to keep looking. Does that mean just keep waiting? I know I can come across as impatient at times, and I don't want to seem that way especially with someone who just showed up out of nowhere basically and is demanding her attention when she has a ton of other clients as well.

I just want to know the proper etiquette and make sure I'm not being too high maintenance. I love to do my own research as well and have no issue with doing searches on my own, etc, but do need a little help from time to time. I know a land buy wouldn't produce a high commission or anything so I'm sure I'm not on the top of her list, but would like to maybe just make some more movement here if I can.
