I think it would be cool if you played both Connors in the Connor VS Connor fight.

Imagine if in the heat of the moment you just pressed all of the QTE’s, but some were for Deviant and some were Machine, it would confuse the player during the fight. It’s kinda goofy but I think it’d be cool.

I think it would be cool if there was one human helping the Deviants in Jericho.

I know it’s all about the Androids rebelling and all that, but I can’t help but think it would be cool if there was a human who respected them and wanted to help, I also imaged the person having a prosthetic based on Androids, so it had the same skin functions and blue blood, obviously it wouldn’t be able to have the same capabilities because the Androids have most of those special skills from internal components but it could still be cool seeing a human stand with them. Imagine if you stood your ground in Freedom March and a bullet hit them in the shoulder, people on the news would see red blooded human being in the crowd, it might shake things up and change some minds.

Does anyone else pick up habits from the in game character after playing as them?

I was wonder if anyone else has done this, I specifically picked up a habit from Outlast Whistleblower, Waylon always puts his hand on the door when closing it to try and make less noise, after playing through the game a few times i subconsciously started doing that, whenever it’s night time and I have to leave my room, I’ll put my right hand against the door and gently push while the left pulls it shut, I only started this after playing Whistleblower.

I just had an alternate idea for Separate Ways Remake.

I was thinking and felt like they could’ve done a lot more with remaking Separate Ways, they could’ve made it as long as the main game in an interesting way. I personally think it would’ve been cool if the main focus was Ada, but they also divided the chapters between her, Luis, and even Krauser.

Hear me out.

First half: Luis was used more in the Remake, he lasted longer, and was more interesting, they open up Separate ways with him, I would like it if each chapter they switched between Ada and Luis, each character has their own weapons, animations, and combat style, (we know they made it for Luis in Mercs), and they can both interact with the Merchant for different items, maybe even if Ada bought something in her chapter, now that item is off limits to Luis. As Luis, you see his point of view fighting alongside Leon, even in the Minecart and Gigantes, the game reads your save and how you played in the main game and the AI tries to control Leon like you would, the last part of Luis’s final chapter is the cutscene when he gets stabbed, then it goes to Ada shortly before she arrives, which is just like how it already is. This is how it is for the first half of Separate ways.

Second half: We know Luis dies around halfway through the game, a little bit more probably, when we reach that point in Separate Ways, obviously we can’t switch to Luis anymore, but instead of entirely focusing on Ada, now we have Krauser, who just appeared for the first time, from now on, every chapter, you switch to Krauser, he doesn’t use the merchant, but he does have his own weapons, some really good, however the player is crippled in a way, he can only carry a very limited amount, or some strong weapons have barely any ammo and no drops. Just like Luis, you get Krausers Mercs move set. My only problem is that I can’t find a conflict for him to be fighting anyone, since the only enemies are Plaga, but get that mapped out and you’re good. Krausers final chapter is the Leon Fight, you get his Mercs mutation mode, and fight Leon, however, it’s really hard, (maybe the game reads how you fought him in the main story and uses that against you, similar to the Leon partner as Luis), it’s one of those unwinnable boss fights, but if you try hard enough you can get a sort of secret ending. After that chapter you finish Separate ways as Ada.

The combined chapters of all three characters can reach 16, just like the main story, and show more interest in Luis and Krauser’s characters and journey off camera.

I’d love to hear your thoughts or changes.

Do I need S+ or S++ to get the RPD uniform?

I’ve gotten a lot of S++’s, because in the remake Mercs is incredibly easy, but there are still times where I can only get S+, I just want to know if I’m gonna have to redo those ones.

I don’t like when people hate on Uncle.

I don’t get the in game characters hating on him and I don’t get the people playing hating on him. He’s quite clearly old, and I actually believe he has lumbago. Why not just cut him a break? He isn’t completely lazy, he has actually put in work before, and without his voice John would’ve probably kept the tiny ass shack, considering he was comfortable living there before he showed up, He also called out the sales guy in Blackwater for being shady.

As a TellTale enjoyer, this game is fascinating.

This isn’t a new feeling, I’ve been playing for years, but I just did a run where Luther dies in Jericho, Alice gets shot in the camp, and Kara is dismantled, Simon dies on Stratford due to Connor, Josh, North, and Markus die in the revolution battlefield, and Deviant Connor commits suicide at the end.

I also played in a new way, Connor was pure machine until he connected to Simon, and felt fear, ai changed my play style, he started being nicer, doubting Amanda, and I had just enough time to get a high Instability level and went deviant, but it was too late to repair the relationship with Hank, so he still committed suicide despite Connor going deviant. Markus was conflicted between Peace and Violence, when he started feeling doubtful about the violence he caused, I made him go peaceful, but at the end I had a revolution, and to add tragedy, I purposely failed the battle, Josh died, Markus took North’s heart but still died, and they lost. Connor stood in front of the army he awakened, I was considering letting Cyberlife take over to add to the bad, but after all that time, and Connor barely breaking free, I instead chose the suicide option, Connor’s final act against Cyberlife, that resulted in all main characters dying.

Telltale games are fun, I love The Walking Dead, but while DBH does have flaws, it shows what TT games are missing, actual choice, no matter what happens in TWD, the ending is always the same, and certain events are bound to happen, but the simple choice to take John with me at the Cyberlife warehouse, was enough to decide if Markus lives or dies in the protest, because without that one side characters, Markus is executed.

Fun fact, in my entire run of this game, I never got a job.

I just thought I’d share this, Ren is supposed to be this responsible leader, but I had him be unemployed.

If Connor learns about Jericho from Simon on the rooftop, does he still go to Kamski?

I’m assuming he does, because all he knows is the name, but I’m not sure.

Is it possible for Josh to live in a violent run?

Every time I’ve played a violent run, Josh dies in the final battle, is there any way to counteract that?

I’m gonna be doing a specific playthrough, I have Connor and Markus planned out, but I need ideas for Kara.

In my next playthrough I want to Connor be extremely friendly with Hank, but always prioritize Deviants, meaning chasing Rupert, shooting Traci, etc. basically staying a machine.

Markus is going to be Jericho’s failure, getting caught at the warehouse, running during the riot, messing up at Stratford tower, to the point he gets kicked out.

I don’t know what to do for Kara, I’m considering just never deviating, as that ends her story for good at the start, and I’ve done it before.

I have a weird, specific memory of Nicks death that doesn’t align with the real game at all.

This memory comes from years before I even played S2, but I remember seeing a clip of Nicks death in this specific scene, but Jane looked like she was dressed in a more militant fashion, I don’t know if she had a full military outfit on but it was military based, and I think I remember Nick looking similar. Now this could be one of two things, 1: My brain doesn’t know what the fuck its talking about, and it just made it up, or 2: I saw a modded clip of the game. This was probably a decade ago by the way.

I actually hate this overdone makeup.

Yes, I was on YT Shorts.

I’ve seen so many Asian (specifically) women with this stupid, overdone, makeup plastered face, I don’t know if they genuinely think it looks attractive but it’s honestly one of the ugliest things to me, they’re doing too much. Just in case, I’m not entirely sure if it’s makeup or a filter, I think it’s makeup but it being a filter wouldn’t surprise me, either way I hate it.

Just to be clear, I am not violating Rule 1, it says no hating on real people, I’m hating on the makeup/filter(?) style, not the people who wear it.

I only ever saw one of these guys in my entire playthrough.

I think I also drowned in the same cave, but I was collecting uranium and saw him, I thought it was irradiated at first but he’s just green. Seeing him gives me the same thoughts as a worm. How the hell do these guys function?

It’s genuinely heartbreaking to be at 130 kills and 467.000 points on Docks just to lose to a bad judgment call.

I didn’t know there was a third super Salvador and when he spawned I didn’t have full mayhem, I rushed towards the bridge where one of the balls were but he was on the other side, Instead of looping him I threw a grenade and tried running past him after he fell but his hitbox stopped me for a second, even though I grabbed the orb, when I turned around at the end of the bridge he was doing his charge attack with the chainsaw pointed forward and instakilled me. It’s my first time doing docks and I’m gonna have to retry this again in the future, I was so close.

Y’all are really cool.

I know this is random, but I just woke up from sleep and thought about how genuinely cool femboys are, expressive, attractive, fun.

I just wanted to let you guys know you’re awesome.

Edit: I was so tired when I posted this that I forgot I made it, I still mean everything I said though.
