Went into panic mode when I saw it.

Anyone else worry about their boomer parents?

I literally dropped everything. My mom is pretty vigilant when it comes to scams. But with the IRS and Social Security scams going around, you never know these days.

Luckily this was a legitimate call. She reached out to them so it's all good especially when she said they put her on hold for over 45 minutes lol. I know for a fact no scammer will do that.

Anyways, just sharing my mini heart attack.

Federal civil lawsuit and conflict of interest question. (USA)

Location: USA

I'm currently in a 1983 Civil rights lawsuit againt a county for money owned due to foreclosure tax sale.

This has been going on for 2 years now and I predict it will probably take another 2 to 3 years more.

It just came to my attention that the judge thats preceding over this case is literally the same judge that sentenced me to more than 5 years in a previous unrelated criminal case more than a decade ago.

I dont think anyone actually realizes this probably due being unrelated cases or maybe someone does. I have no idea.

I think if I tell me lawyers that, then they will have ethical obligation to respond? When it comes to legal court issues, I'm truly clueless. If I tell my lawyers this can this potentially destroy my case or is this another grass is not greener.....

What are your thoughts?

What was this all about?

I was in hurry mode. Was ready to pass the car that was in the middle lane using the passing lane, then all the sudden it decided to head over to the slow lane to pass on the right.

Mind you, we were the only two cars on the road. There was nobody even close behind us with in 1/8th of a mile.

I was talking with my co-worker about donating plasma yesterday while my phone was in my pocket

I mentioned that I have a somewhat rare blood type (AB+) so my plasma is highly needed.

I haven't reached anything online about this.

Are we expecting a another heatwave? Saw people buying up water at waterbury (no pun intended) Costco location

I know there is a huge heatwave in mid west, but I'm looking at the 15 day forecast and its all in the 70s and 80s.

My streak ended today because FSD decided to attempt turning right on red in NYC

I should've known better. I live in CT and today I had to drive to Queens. You would think FSD would work based of GPS that would tell it not to turn right on red.

I already have the number blocked yet I still get voicemails and I have called and left the office a voicemail to take me off their calling list.
