Is anyone seeing missing usage data from smart meters ? For the last few weeks I'm missing anything between full days and random blocks within days.

My bright app shows the readings so the meter is sending them.

So I had my panels and inverter installed back in April and it's all been running fine, but as of yet I haven't had my battery installed. It was meant to be in May then June... July... August...

I had one 48kwh Fogstar on order (very much over sized for my needs but at the time it was cheap)

Eventually I got fed up of waiting and asked the installer to get me some of the 5kwh stackable batteries from fogstar as they are in stock (20kwh for now and add more later). It's been about a month but I still have no date to get the batteries and am starting to get a bit fed up.

Note at this point I have paid for the install minus the battery cost so am not out of pocket.

My main question is :

Is adding (by myself) the low voltage batteries to an existing install allowed?

From what I can tell essentially I'll need the batteries, a 200amp isolator (as the 10kw Solis inverter can charge at 190amp) and a set of 70mm cables between the fuse, batteries and inverter.

So some background, my wife has been a stay at home mum for over 10 years and got back into the workforce around mid last year as a support worker at an assisted living home, she really enjoys it (it's lone at night)

Now after starting she has a few shadow shifts with a male co-worker (I don't know the age but they are a grown adult over 30), and he made some comments that upset my wife. Things like playing "drs and nurses" and comments on breastfeeding

She complained and since then she has not had to work with this male in question.

However she has now (as of yesterday) been put back on another shadow shift with him and it's stressing her out.

My initial reaction was "No way you're going in to work with that creep", however as I think about it I want to make sure I address this in a supportive way as she does really enjoy the job in every other respect. I don't want to be controlling but also to be able to voice my concerns.

What's the best way for me to address this situation?

Any advice would be super appreciated.

1st time leaving my I5 for more than a few days unused (also this is my 1st EV)

Are there any best practices for leaving the car for 3 weeks at an airport car park ? (I'd assume try and leave it with as close to 50% charge as possible?)

My installer has had my Fogstar 48kwh stack on order since March/April.

They have been unable to get a concrete date on when the battery will arrive.

Has anyone had an update on shipping of these batteries? Or a best person to ask at Fogstar

So we are traveling from Gatwick to Tampa in July for a family vacation (2 adults and 2 kids under 12) and have been looking at booking seats on the plane, but reading the child seating policy it states :

"We'll make sure each child under 12 years sits next to an adult from your booking but children over 12 years are booked as an adult in our system and may sit separately."

Does this mean that if me or my wife purchase an allocated seat now will that automatically allocate 1 or 2 seats adjacent for the kids ? Or is it better to leave it for the system to automatically allocate the seating ?

Got a call from my installer saying that my Fogstar battery is now due mid/end June, it was pushed back from mid April to end of May and now delayed again to mid/late June.

Just wondering if anyone else has been told the same ?

I have the 48kwh on order, but thinking about ordering a 16kwh one from www.itstechnologies.uk as an interim (used as a spare backup in the future to connect if I have issues with the 48kwh one)

I keep looking at buying some of the ascended heros chase cards as "normally" you're far better off just buying the singles.

But the gengar is £1000 raw, Dragonite £625 and Mewtwo £350 all absolutely insane prices for a new set.

All well outside of the realms of what I think is reasonable for a card.

Ideally id trade for them but even tho I have many chase cards from other sets the price difference is just absolutely insane lol

So does anyone think these inflated prices will fade away or are they here to stay ?
