2 days ago i posted my screenshot, full of hope and glad that i could start my journey in LOTF...

I had a blast, yet i am already facing a wall and pretty much want to give up.

I dont know why the devs thought it would be a great idea to have her so early in game, but that boss "Mistress of the Hounds" is an absolute torture.

Not only you have to fight (or avoid) her 3 dogs that run after you non stop, but you also have to avoid her sniper shots + close combat when she comes to you...AND, you can barely get your health back because every time you use your health potion, you get hit by her arrow or one of her dog.

Really...i'm up for a challenge, but this is just bullshit...Let me enjoy a bit the game before throwing some cheated boss like that.

15th attempt, it's all random. I can't read the combat because of her dogs. No pacing or weak spot, nope...just have to be lucky enough to not have one of her monster on your ass so you can finally attempt to run towards her, when you can even reach her because she also jump back on top of everything.

I'm a Dark Souls player, and THIS, is just not fun ! For real, it killed my vibe here...

I feel my aim isn’t very weak. I can’t shoot mobs even when they look like they are max 20m away from me. It feels like my arrow only reach when they are close to me….which defeat the whole purpose of using a bow.

Even with my great bow…

Is it just how the game works ? I’m just used to long shots with Skyrim so…

sorry if this question seems stupid, but I'd like to make sure of something.

Long ago I have started playing the main game of Witcher 3. Unfortunately I changed from PC to PS5 PRO and yet don't have my progress saved, which means I would have to restart from scratch...and to be honest I'm a bit too lazy for that as I was pretty far in the main story.

So what I'd like to do is to maybe jump straight to the first DLC "Hear of Stone" and still enjoy the game in an organic way by doing all the missions of that dlc and then move on to Blood and wine.

Does choosing "new game Hear of Stone only" gives me that possibility or will it lock me to only the H&S content ? Then I will need to start a New Game and chose "Blood and wine" ?

I just walk around and don’t find anything, it’s just shiny.

There is a few games at the moment that are waiting for a complete rework...Stalker 2 with its 2.0, Dragon Dogma 2 (same), etc...

I'm on hold with all these games as I believe they will all come with fundamental gameplay rework. I want to experience the REAL deal ! Therefore I wait...

Do you think Witcher 3 will also redo a complete rework on some gameplay element ? I dont want to start a party to maybe in 6 months get some announcement that the combat will be more fluide, and with new gameplay elements.

Je ne sais plus trop quoi faire...je ne souhaite pas quitter ma femme car je l'aime et nous sommes bien ensemble. Mais le manque de désir de sa part me ronge chaque jour.

Je prends soin de moi, je suis un mari aimant, j'aide le plus possible pour tout, nos 2 enfants (4 et 7 ans) vivent au sein d'une famille soudée. Mais l'intimité avec ma femme est devenue quasi nulle...

J'ai tenté de lui en parlé il y a quelques temps sans jamais lui foutre la pression du type " ouaiiiss euuhhh j'ai grave des besoins moiiiiii...". Parceque je comprends que ce qui se passe dans son corps et sa tete y'a pas a faire de forcing et que ca ne fera qu'empirer les choses.

Elle me dit juste que "c'est comme ca" qu'elle n'est pas tout le temps “disponible”ou prête.

Je n'ai aucun doute de son amour pour moi car nous nous le prouvons chaque jour, mais la question du désir pour le coup est vraiment un fardeau pour moi.

Quelle a été votre expérience ? Avez vous pu résoudre ce problème avec le temps ? Avez vous été voir ailleurs ? Avez vous divorcer en expliquant que ce problème etait devenu trop central dans votre relation ?

J'en suis au point de vouloir voir des escortes JUSTE pour assouvir mes désirs. Non pas que je veuille tromper ma femme, mais au moins dirons nous...enlever un peu de pression.

I totally understand this is a ME problem and more power to all the people who like that kind of gameplay. But I'm feeling a real fatigue from going from Shrine to Shrine, trying to solve puzzles all the time instead of living a real "adventure".

I just got the game on PS5 PRO, and I dont see any options in the settings. I have my resolution that I can change and the fps set to 60 or 30. But...how do I know if I'm on quality mode or performance mode ?

I really want to buy the game, but after watching some play through, it looks like the first 10 hours of the game are spent underground in either cave or inside a castle.

Do we get to also play outside ?? I liked that about Pathfinder Kingmaker, just to be outside.

Or is it just an artistic direction from the devs to make most of the game underground ?

I love the game, but I'm completely lost with the story and also level of my character when it comes to combat.

I have the feeling that I'm completing 100 quests without really knowing why. My quest log is filled with elements that I dont even know how to make connection with. It's a mess !
Where is my main story here ??

And secondly, now that I have reached Reaper's Coast, I get my ass handed like crazy....

I am level 12 currently, and I can't really venture east.
Although, all the mobs left on the west part of the map are level 14 (that cave with the big flying bugs)...so I'm just dying and dying. I don't know how to progress anymore ! :/

I am a bit confused with my rating.
I use UBER very often, for work purpose.

I always say hello, I try to be pleasant and convenient with my bag (I never have big luggage, only hand luggage).
I am clean, never put my feet where I shouldn’t. Heck I even have polite conversation with those drivers who really want to talk (even at 5am on my way to airport).
Even those who are rude, don’t say hello or put their radio with the volume up, I just suck it up and think that I won’t start a drama for a few minutes drive…

And yet I get an apparently bad rate ??
For real…what am i supposed to do more than that ?! Bring coffee and prepare breakfast to the drivers ???

What is your experience guys ?

I started playing S2 two days ago and I’m already tired of the hunger system and that chicken leg sign showing every 5 min.

So…I get hungry and the only downside is that apparently my energy bar goes down more easily when I run…

Okay…

How about maybe blurry vision when being REALLY hungry ? Maybe some meds would be less efficient also ? What about getting sickness or cold, and food would be a good way to fight it.

We have fire camps, but we can’t cook anything ? What’s the point ? We could make grills, fish etc…

Don’t know, if I put hunger as part of the gameplay, then why not going a bit further with it and do it right ?

Maybe not for the easy modes, but at least for MASTER difficulty.

Just wondering if some of you feel that quality mode is so much better that you stick to it, no matter the 30 fps locked.

I’m a bit worried to start playing that mod, as 2.0 is coming out this summer, I’m scared I’ll screw completely my progression and it will become a mess which will force me to start from scratch.

What is your opinion guys ?

I'd like to remove it, but I dont see anything in the settings for that :(

It seems that mods are very easy to install via Steam Workshop. Would you recommend it ?
