What's the time limit on replacement\refund?

On my pink Chitu 2, no many how many times I recalibrate, the outer stick drift comes back. Noticed it months ago, but not sure how long it's been there, since drift on the outer edge is harder to detect depending on which game you're playing. That's my main issue. But after saying it would ship in one week, I had to wait for almost a month after I ordered it, in early Feb. So in general, this is kind of unsatisfying, stacked together.

Gorgeous controller, love the rumble, feels great in the hands. Console wake up is great. But I would prefer if it just works.

Going insane. Since June, no matter how much I restart my Moto G 2026, fucker fails to update. I wouldn't give a shit if it weren't shoving 20 full screen popups a day up my ass that interrupt everything, telling me I need to perform the same update.

No, I don't actually know what "gen" my phone is. And no, it's not just installing updates separately. It's the same update, telling me it installed successfully, and then telling me to installing it again. The fact that it's failing to update ISN'T EVEN MY CHOICE. But again, FULLSCREEN POPUP, EVIL DESIGN. Not only is it intentionally designed to disrupt you whenever you're trying to use your phone, but depending on what's getting interrupted by that shit, it can be DANGEROUS.

I've tried turning smart updates on and off, I've tried messing with storage space (despite the fact that I have about 100 times the necessary space for the update) At least it's not a bootloop, but when I'm trying to use some apps, the popup will be triggered EVERY TIME I try to look at the app. Literally, I close the popup, and when I try to return to what I was doing, the fullscreen popup shoves itself back in my face. Sorry, why am I supposed to NOT hate updates??

Did they sell out of the white M12HD? Or do they not exist? I'm only seeing white M12S. Also, did they completely stop selling the M12HDs without the grip? I don't need the grip, I'm only going to use them in handheld. This is annoying.

How long does it take for your controllers to come in?

I want to get the M12HDs for the ergonomics+rumble, and I want the carry case, but the last time I bought a controller and despite them saying it "ships in one week" (which I know can mean different things, but still feels misleading) it took almost a month for for them to arrive. Is this ordinary? Feels like I paid more in wait time than anything else.

Not gonna lie, the hatred for Green Hill that I keep seeing over the years is getting really old for me.

I've played 90% of the mainline games at this point, and I don't understand why this fan base keeps acting blindsided or frustrated when the developers reference the most iconic location in the series, and one of the most iconic settings in video game history as a whole.

I remember when I played Sonic 1 in grade school, on a friend's phone, and Green Hill Zone blew my mind. To me, it was a perfect intro to the series. The colors, the surreal geometrical aesthetics, the animations... And of course, the speed. Especially compared to how slow the rest of sonic 1 can get, at times. Literally one of my favorite gaming memories, even after I went on to play tons of other great series.

I'm not the only one. Those aesthetics are tied to the identity of the series. The developers know this. As this series keeps evolving, it literally just makes sense to remind people where it started. For some, it's comforting, for some, it's "oh yeah!" I know that not all Green Hill callbacks are equal, but the same can be said for the games in general. But I swear to God, every time, EVERY SINGLE TIME I see anyone talking about one of its iterations or references, at least one or two people are acting as if it's the plague.

Sonic Team isn't the only one who does this either. I know people get annoyed at the other references too. But when it comes to Green Hill, unless the reference itself is bad... What's wrong with it being there??

With folks complaining about the M12 HDs not charging with the console in sleep mode, is that actually even a problem in practice??

Like, I get how that seems bad on PAPER, but these controllers are literally designed to prioritize handheld play above all else. I have a Chitu2 for docked play, and obviously I'm not gonna be using the M12 HDs while the console is ASLEEP, so won't I always have power? What's the problem? Cause for folks like me, it really sounds like there's no problem in practice. Cause for now, I'm still looking forward to getting the HDs, once new colors other than black and white are released.

On my my gorgeous pink Chitu2, the STICK, of all things, has started HEAVILY malfunctioning. Right stick, no matter how I press it forward, does NOT register as pressed fully forward. Less than 4 months after my purchase. And I waited weeks for the arrival.

When I originally got this controller, I thought it was the best controller I had ever spent my money on. The texture, the smoothness, the macros, the replication of premium features, I loved it all. Now, the part of the controller that I thought was advertised as the most impressively engineered, the sticks... Are currently failing beyond belief. In multiple games, I noticed that I was moving at a snail's pace when pressing forward. An input test confirmed my fears. Not only is the right stick drifting horrifically at the edge, but an input test also revealed slight drift from the center. I am dismayed right now. I thought TMR sticks were the new standard of quality? This is faster drift onset than any other controller I've owned. I really don't want to buy another one of these, I don't have much money, and I don't want to wait 2+ more weeks for a new one to ship. The shipping time practically felt a bigger price than the actual price tag.

I followed the tutorial (can provide) recommended by the mod creators, alongside the Sonic 06 mod manager. This requires you to extract the game and specify the "default.xex" files to launch the game with. After trying different mod combinations, and unmodded, nothing worked. At first I thought the ISO might be bad, but when trying to launch it from the raw ISO, it worked. So the issue might be a little more simple than I originally thought. But Sonic 06 is notoriously unpolished and plagued with bugs and improper physics from its rushed development, and I don't have any desire for that experience. I got the ISO for the sake of modding. I can give screenshots or other info, as much as needed, unless someone already has experience with this issue. Help would be much appreciated!
