I was walking down the boulevard and noticed this older Volvo parked near the beach. Naturally I pulled my camera out to grab some shots and stumbled upon the owner while doing so.

After a conversation I learned this beauty was driven from northern PA down to Charleston SC where he needed to do some certifications for work, and he decided to put this puppy to the test.

No AC just the wind to keep you cool.

The interior was refreshed and I regret not snapping photos.

I admired this guys journey of simply building this old Volvo how he wanted and testing his skills by driving through 120* heat indexes while he relaxed by the beach.

What a great experience talking to you friend. You said you were a fellow photographer and I never grabbed your information.

Hello DAZA family. Before I pull the trigger on 485 (as I love supporting my America business and extra $1300 is an extra $1300) I can across JDY and their exhaust on the stainless for the 8Y.

Question that I can’t seem to answer on a Sunday.

1. Does this fit the 2025 models?

2. Actual sound clips of the stainless?

Actual sound clips of this exhaust seem to be non existent as does the reviews which lead me to suspicion about it. I see a ton of people with their intakes but that’s about it. I found maybe 2 where it’s paired with big turbos and a DP which doesn’t help me since I’m keeping my DP stock.

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m always torn where to go when I deliver photos so I normally do multiple versions of my favorite.
