How do you account for exercise calories while in a calorie deficit?

I’m aiming for around 1,220 kcal/day to lose weight. If I eat 1,220 but burn additional calories through exercise, should I eat some of those calories back?

I’m trying to make sure I stay in a healthy deficit zone rather than accidentally going into a "starvation zone," which I understand can contribute to things like muscle loss, hair loss, feeling cold a lot, poor sleep, constipation, etc.

Do you eat back exercise calories, eat back a percentage, or ignore them?

Jabra Headphones Phone vs PC

Wanting to find a way to use Jabra headphones on my phone successfully. Microphone cancels noise out perfectly on PC, but not with WhatsApp on my phone. Curious to know if they work via Teams/Zoom, etc. on mobile apps, too. (Jabra Evolve2 30 Second Editions)

Jabra on Mobile

Hi, I have Jabra Evolve2 30 SEs. Wanted to find out if anyone has had success in using them on their mobile, or find a way to use them on their mobile, where the microphone cancels out background noise.

Meeting Min. Calorie Intake

Hi. Food hacks, please. I struggle preparing meals, as well as financially, so I have only been getting 500-700 calories a day. I put my age, height and weight in, and my minimum calorie intake has to be 1600. What is the easiest way to get in my minimum of 1600 in the cheapest, easiest way? Apparently 6 cups of cooked rice, 2tbs cooking oil and one egg will do it. Is there an easier way (like a different substitute than rice) that means I don't have to eat so much and do so much prep? Food tasting nice would be a bonus. Very low budget.

Eating Enough Food

Hi. I struggle preparing meals, as well as financially, so I have only been getting 500-700 calories a day. I am extremely broke. Depressed and broke, so suggestions really appreciated.

Low-Intensity Shows

Hi. Need some recommendations for low stimulation Prime shows. I'm looking for series that are low-stakes and enjoyable to watch. Something that's slow paced, doesn't have drama, heckling, action, loudness, or character humour (making fun of people). An old sitcom that's avaiable on Youtube/Prime, perhaps. I just want to watch something where there is slow learning or a slow plot, without the intensity. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Super Low-stim Series

Hi. Need some recommendations for low stimulation YouTube channels/Prime shows. I'm looking for series that are low-stakes and enjoyable to watch (aside from British Bake Off). Something that's slow paced, doesn't have drama, heckling, action, loudness, or character humour (making fun of people). An old sitcom that's avaiable on Youtube/Prime, perhaps.

I just want to watch something where there is slow learning or a slow plot, without the intensity (getting triggered by small things in shows).

Does anyone have any recommendations?
