Grew up strictly mormon, family has since dwindled away from church and my mom sent me out to buy some tea to drink when she grounded me in HS for drinking some, she doesn't remember doing so.

yes I told her that was too many tea bags for 1 pot, but she didn't listen its her first time having sweet tea since the 1980s so good for her.

EDIT FOR TEA CLARIFICATION: Traditionally, in the southern United States, sweet iced tea is made in large batches on the stove at a time. So many will just boil the bags in a pot and fill a pitcher up with tea, add sugar, and store it in the fridge for the whole family to grab a glass whenever.

YES Americans own tea kettles and know how to make tea. YES, over half of us here prefer iced tea in big batches.

I was told this was a plunging ranula, but I'm worried its not

I was told it was a plunging ranula, but I'm concerned its not because all the other photos on Google show it to be big, and mine just looks nothing like it.

How can I better take control of my depersonalization? It is scaring me.

Its been about 2 weeks and im having a really bad case of it right now where I have 0 emotion, feel numb, and light headed and fogged thinking. Life feels as if I'm watching a movie, or even I'm in a dream even. Sometimes I even catch myself being suprised by what I say or respond to peoppe verbally bc I dont feel like me? I dont really enjoy anything I feel like a zombie, and I want to enjoy things that I know for a 100% fact that I enjoy.

The point is ive been trying a lot of hacks. I've cut caffeine out of my diet, started taking vitamins, I even added spinach to my diet😅😅.

Ive always suffered with this as a kid, though it was strange for some reason. As a child, I didn't give it much thought and would brush it off and just sleep and then wake up. im fine. But now after all these years its come back.

Protect this man at all cost: he posts as if he isnt one of the most influential composers in the world.

Nobuo Uematsu has a very wholesome social media account, and I wanted to share my favorites I found. It just really made me happy to see how humble and good of a man this guy is. His posts aren't flashy or anything. It's just a chill dude living his best life. And honestly, it's refreshing.

It makes me sad that people look over the swamps and call them ugly. There's so much life in it and a very beautiful place where I feel relaxed.
