Is anyone using an emporia charger along with Vue monitoring? If so, how do you like it? I’m looking at getting a Bolt in a few weeks and looking for a hardwired charger. I have solar and like the idea that the charger can monitor my solar production and optimize charging based on it during the day, but I will also potentially need to charge when there is no sun (night, winter, etc). I assume the Emporia can be configured appropriately.

I kind of figured “this would be a cool place to hang out in the summer, maybe grab a beer during the summer concert series.” Now I’m wondering if it will be open in time for the Ainsley House Christmas Tea.

I’m picking up an X5 for my motorcycle to replace a GoPro. From reading here, I guess a frame would be a good idea. The one I found on the insta site has a 1/4 inch mount, which I’m sure would work fine with their U Mount.

I have a bunch of GoPro “finger” mounts though; is there a good X5 frame with finger mounts?

The Elite 2.0 plan says “unlimited international talk, text…” Does international mean international here, like if I was in France, I could call people in France for free, and call people in the US for free, and so on, or is international in this case basically North America?

I have a 10 year old Navien tankless gas water heater. I live in the SF Bay Area where, starting next year, gas water heaters will be banned. I am trying to decide whether I should replace it now, or wait until it stops working and hope it can be repaired. It’s located in my attic so replacing it with a heat pump water heater will be very expensive (I was given a ballpark of $15K).

Does anyone have experience repairing Navien water heaters? Are they repairable or do people just replace them?

I just received an email addressed to my Comcast.net address with my yahoo authentication code. It said I was trying to log in (I wasn’t, and the attempt was 3000 miles from me). How will I know when I’ve actually been migrated?

I went past one of the "starter home projects" earlier today (321 Industrial Street). I'm really wondering what Campbell is thinking with these project overall, I get building something on a vacant lot, but this lot wasn't vacant. It had a recently remodeled 1162 square foot house on it. Based on its size, it would probably have had a reasonable rent.

What's being built in its place according to the project files is going to be a 3161 sqft, 35 foot tall multi-story home. There's no way that's going to be any sort of affordable.

I have an F1 subscription in the US through AppleTV. I’m planning on going to Europe over the summer, will I be able to use my F1 subscription while there?

I'm hoping to get some antenna advice. I went to rabbit ears and mapped where I am versus the TV stations I'm interested in (rabbit ears link here). It looks like everything I care about is located between 16.8 degrees and 319.7 degrees. The radio station I'm interested in (KQED) looks like it broadcasts from the same location as the TV stations at 319 degrees.

Would a ClearStream Max-V UHF/VHF antenna work here? It says it has a 65 degree beam angle which I would naively say "oh, great, the channels I'm after fit perfectly in there."
