hello! i’m currently trying to lose weight but i’m not sure which workouts i should be looking for. i have POTS which makes it hard to do a lot of cardio or just moving around too fast. what are some simpler exercises that are still effective? thank you!

She’s had a lot of problems with her toes and feet in general but nothing like this
So I decided to take her to a nail salon to get her nails done for Mother’s day. After she got them done she was telling me her toes were stinging and and hurting, so I made sure she was putting lotion and antibiotics on her feet everyday since i didn’t know what else to do.
She’s been complaining of her feet and toes when she walks but she’s always complained about her feet so I didn’t really think anything of it.
Today she casually said “Oh yeah, I have this thing on my toe” and showed me. So.. I have no idea what it could be. Obviously I’m going to take her to the doctor, but does anyone know what this could be? I’m guessing it has something to do with the nail place I took her to.
She said it doesn’t hurt but it was oozing liquid.

i got an upper endoscopy a couple of hours ago. the doctors ways were.. interesting. the guy just put a mask over my face and said nothing, so i asked him what it was and he said it was “oxygen” and 2 seconds later i fell asleep and woke up in a different room. i woke up coughing really bad and the guy in the room just told me to drink water. i couldn’t even breathe without coughing but he didn’t give me time to tell him what was happening. anyways a couple hours later im trying to eat soup and i can barely even do that. i cant take a deep breath without pain and coughing, and every time i swallowed my chest hurts very bad. i’m not sure if this is normal but it very painful. any advice would help, thank you.

i’ve literally been trying to get tickets for about 2 years now but i never have. i don’t think im gonna participate in the general sale because its just gonna piss me off even more if the tickets sell out in 3 minutes. i went on seat geek trying to find some tickets.. why are they so expensive? i have about 40 dollars to my name. i guess ill wait closer to the time of the concert for cheaper tickets but im scared they’ll all sell out. is that a good idea or should i buy them now from somewhere else?
i tried to get tickets today at 10 am for Oakland CA and it only took about 15 minutes for all of the tickets for the Artist Presale to be sold out. i’m going to try again tomorrow, do you think there will be more tickets available tomorrow?
i was drawing and i accidentally dripped some ink on my dress. i instantly tried to get the ink out and tried everything, alcohol, soap, toothpaste, vinegar etc. nothing has worked, the ink is somewhat less noticeable but still there. what should i do?

usually my periods are very heavy and last about a week. i’ve never had a period last just 3 days. i didn’t bleed very much either, just heavy on the second day. what could be the cause of this?
where we live there are a bunch of different cats that people let out. i’m not sure if this kitty is a stray or has a home but he’s been peeking in our house every night. i doubt he’s neutered since he keeps trying to “meet” my 9 year old spayed female cat, and she’s not having it. anyways, I’m not sure what to do to try and keep him away. i dont want him to spray on my door or anything, i also don’t want my cats to attack him. thank you!

i see these wild Canadian geese basically everyday with their babies but i have no idea what to feed them. they always get mad when i leave without feeding them.

this is just an example, but it’s been like this for a couple days now. the chat works fine it’s just the characters don’t talk, they just act things out? i know a lot of people have been complaining about this, I’m just wondering if they’ll fix it.
