Am Donnerstag musste ein Haus in Reudnitz geräumt werden. Eine Wand unter dem Dachgiebel soll sich gelöst haben und droht, auf das benachbarte Haus zu stürzen. Das Bauamt soll nun die Bewohnbarkeit des Hauses prüfen.

Leipzig. Die Feuerwehr musste am Donnerstagmittag ein Mehrfamilienhaus im Täubchenweg in Leipzig-Reudnitz evakuieren. Laut der Einsatzleitstelle war gegen 11.30 Uhr ein Schaden an dem Haus gemeldet worden, der zur Gefahr für die Bewohner werden könnte. Demnach soll sich eine Wand unter dem Dachgiebel des Hauses gelöst haben, die nun 30 Zentimeter absteht und droht, auf das Dach des Nachbarhauses zu fallen.

Die Bewohner des Hauses mussten ihre Wohnungen vorerst zu verlassen. Die Feuerwehr ist nun mit einem Leiterwagen im Einsatz, um das Dach zu untersuchen. Konkrete Arbeiten am Haus könne man nicht vornehmen, so die Leitstelle. Für solche Maßnahmen besitze man keine Ausrüstung.

Zukunft des Hauses ungewiss.

Ein Statiker des Bauamts werde in einem nächsten Schritt hinzugezogen. Dieser soll entscheiden, ob der Schaden repariert werden kann oder ob das Haus eventuell sogar abgerissen werden muss.

Anyone able to identify the Track ID starting at the 42nd minute?

Hello community. I've been djing for around 20 years now. I started with a friend back in my youth, trying out vinyl mixing on his reloop (cant remember which one exactly) and with a bit of a break been digital djing since 2010. The industry keeps moving faster, aiming higher, and constantly pushing forward. But I'm not getting any younger, and over the past few years I've realized that digital DJing doesn't really do much for me anymore. Therefore I'd like to develop and improve my vinyl DJing skills, focusing on mainly Trance, Progressive Trance, and Techno.

In your opinion, what equipment would be the best choice for someone just getting started? I don't need Technics 1210 from the get go, as my budget is also fairly limited. I'll most likely be keeping an eye on the second-hand market as well. At the moment, I'm looking towards a pair of Reloop turntables and a solid 2-channel mixer.

That said, the range of options seems overwhelming, and I'm struggling to understand what really sets models like the Reloop RP-5000 and RP-7000 apart, other than the price tag. From what I've seen, the RP-7000 appears to offer a more robust chassis, higher torque, and additional professional features, but I'm not sure whether those differences actually justify the extra cost for someone who's just getting into vinyl DJing.

I'm also looking for recommendations for a solid 2-channel mixer that doesn't necessarily have to be an Allen & Heath. Ideally, I'd like something with excellent sound quality, reliable phono preamps, and a layout that's enjoyable to mix on without breaking the bank.

Any advice would help me a lot. Maybe some oldschool vinyl djs in here can share their opinions and experience. Thank you!

Came across this tune like 2 days ago and in my 30 years of listening to all kinds of classics and trance I barely remember this one but turns out it’s already one of my favorites.

Hello Reasoners, if I have a project of 144 bpm and use a sample of say 140 bpm A minor and put it in my DAW, it automaticallly changes the tempo now. But does the sample also stay in key and if not, how do i adopt it? Is there a plugin I can use, to check the key of a sample thats in the sequencer already?

I'm searching for good trance remixes of Depeche Mode tracks, from the 90s to early 2000s. Could be anything with tracks that just include some of their vocals or fully recognizable remixes by well or less known artists.
