Looking for Lee Sin & Jungle guides (Spanish language tutorials preferred)

Hey everyone,

I'm currently a Silver player and I’ve decided to start maining Lee Sin in the jungle. I know he’s a complex champion, but I’m ready to put in the work to improve my mechanics and climb.

Does anyone know of any good Spanish-speaking YouTubers or guides that are beginner-friendly or suited for Silver elo? I’m looking for:

  • Jungle pathing that is effective in Silver (how to punish mistakes and gank early).
  • Essential combos that I should master first before trying the flashy stuff.
  • Decision making: How to actually close out games and not fall off in the late game.

I really prefer tutorials in Spanish, so if you know any educational creators who explain things clearly in that language, please let me know!

Thanks for the help!

First bake! 72h cold ferment. Why does it taste so much like "raw dough"?

I’m really happy with this crumb, but the taste is bothering me.

It has a very strong "yeasty/fermented" flavor—it tastes exactly how the raw dough smells.

Details:

3 days in the fridge.

High hydration.

I waited 1 full hour before slicing.

It sounds hollow when tapped.

Is this flavor normal for a long ferment, or did I do something wrong?

Thanks!

Can I get in great shape with just a bench and a 20kg adjustable dumbbell set? (76kg / 170cm

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to get back into training after several years of being completely inactive. My goal is to lose some weight and build a decent physique.

My stats:

  • Weight: 76 kg
  • Height: 170 cm
  • Current Gear: I have an adjustable weight bench and a 20kg (total) adjustable cast iron dumbbell set.

Since I haven't trained in years, I’m basically starting from zero. Is this equipment enough to see real progress, or will I outgrow it too quickly?

Also, could anyone recommend a solid full-body routine specifically for a bench and adjustable dumbbells? I want to make sure I’m hitting every muscle group effectively while I focus on my weight loss journey.

Any advice on how to structure my workouts or tips for a "born-again" beginner would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
