My friends ZJ ‘97. Pretty similar to our TJs. We replaced the water pump and thermostat 2 days ago. Been driving for a few hours which was a good sign. The Jeep would over heat after 30 minutes before. We had water in the reservoir so it might have been that . But we’re stuck on the side of the road for now giving her time to cool off

Longshot but does anyone know if there are any known colors for this bike or color code reference material I’m trying to completely refurbish my bike

So I’m trying to unbolt my sway bar, but the two remaining bolts are recessed under the grille and one has some metal line going over it, which isn’t in the setup of the YouTube video I saw. Any advice?

I have the tools to do both but they would seem difficult (overhead welding vs trying to use cobalt drills to widen a hole?

so we have a m12 77mm bolt, that goes thru a rubber gasket (unknown/yet to measure the diameter) , the end link, another rubber gasket then a washer? then a cap nut.

I wanna make sure I have new parts and I put it back together correctly.

I’m not even gonna bother trying to unbolt this bolt it seems like I can slice it right here and it will be fine I just want to double check with someone before I do that just in case.

also does anyone know what size this bolt is for the sway bar and link lower bolt

Is there a way around this yall bolt sticking out of the nut or do I just have to buy a wrench

Just What the heck were they thinking

My Jeep definitely has a lift. How much lift has always been a big issue for me to tell because depending if I measure the front or back vs coil springs or fender height I get different results… I’m just going to buy the same end links that on it currently and be happy with that

I guess there’s some sort of rust coming through the bottom of the fender and liquid is getting into it I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do about that go from underneath clear the rust and then reseal it and hope it doesn’t spread?

‘97. Three air vents going to an open hole that leads to the cabin. I can put my arm in thru the ac air vent outside the car and wave at the passengers feet
