Looking for weird TV like The OA, Legion, Lost, and my favorite unknown gem Wild Palms

Big fan of dream logic, high strangeness kinda shows the aforementioned ones in the title or even From or Twin Peaks. Stuff that is confusing and disorienting but has a great hook. And hopefully a resolution to the mysteries. Thank you!

Girlfriend uses ancient air pods, and call quality sucks. Looking for an upgrade

I'm not sure what gen air pods she has but they pick up everything in the background and her voice also sounds choppy sometimes. I'm looking for an upgrade for her.

She generally wears them when walking her dogs or when on a call. I don't think she cares much about noise cancelling (especially walking the dogs, it's good to hear your surroundings). The main thing is better mic quality because my goodness it's terrible. It seems like even setting down a coffee mug gets picked up and interferes with it picking up her voice.

Budget ideally would be super cheap (we're currently saving for a trip), but anything under $100 is doable.

Thank you!

The folks over at r/grilling are having a pork steak Renaissance. Is there a good way to cook them that isn't on a grill?

Don't really have access to a grill for week night dinner, but I wanna get on the pork steak train. They look so incredible. Is there a way to achieve something delicious with just a range top and oven?

What are your favorite bean salad recipes?

Trying to eat more beans. I don't really have access to heirloom varieties, so I would be grateful if you kept it to things I can find at the grocery store (US).

I'm a huge fan of Lovecraftian mysteries. I listen to a ton of audio dramas about them. I've seen most of the specifically Lovecraft based movies like Dagon and Color Out of Space.

What I'm mainly looking for is the detective mystery aesthetic, madness and the supernatural, egyptology aesthetic, grand reveals of cosmic horror.

Anything well made from the 90s on that sort of has those sort of motifs would be cool. Thank you!

Even the 1992 Dracula sort of fits the bill, the mummy sort of does. But I'm wanting stuff particularly a little more cosmic than vampire or undead Egyptian priest

I'd like recommendations for anything sci-fi/horror/thriller. I can't really think of any other movies that fit this category. But something that would be a fun late night popcorn movie with your partner. Spooky, thought provoking, broody, surprising, etc.

I'm super interested in stories that span millions of years and into far flung galaxies. Stuff that is at least somewhat speculatively scientifically accurate. The more surprising and interesting the better. I do tend to like mind bendy stuff. Twists and turns in the plot.

I like dark, broody, slow horror. To an extent it almost has a cozy feeling. Not the content itself, but something about staying up late curled up watching something with minimal jump scares. However I like when the end goes absolutely off the rails.

I don't have a lot of examples since it's not exactly a popular criteria to my understanding and I already don't watch much horror. That recent movie The Gorge sort of had the right vibe. I remember liking The Void also. If this post is reminding anyone of a specific film please comment.
