I am a housecleaner I clean houses never cleaned Airbnb
I also mainly charged by the job so I’m having a feeling that it’s not actually how it’s supposed to be with these types of things. I also do walk-throughs on my house houses don’t really know if that’s something that I need to be doing with this type of thing
What what am I doing? I don’t know what I’m doing. How do I price a Airbnb because I’ve never cleaned one before. I haven’t seen it yet and then someone just told me you don’t do walk-throughs with those types of things and you charged by the hour, I have no idea what is going on. I need help immediately please

Maybe six months close to a year now I had severe bad pain in. I dealt with that pain for a very, very long time until I couldn’t anymore. Come to find out that pain was due to my gallbladder needing to be removed so we did that now ever since I was a kid I’ve always had problems. Going to take a crap. What a real call it for what it is take a shit I always struggled. I always was constipated moving forward. I ate some stuff last night and before I had my gallbladder removed, I felt pain like I did before in between my ribs and my intestines I guess is what the doctor said that my intestines are inflamed is what my doctor told me I guess all my test came back normal however, the man never gave me a solution to this problem just told me what I have and sent me on my way. Told me to take some Tylenol.
Basically what I’m asking is what causes your intestines to be inflamed and what kind of medication’s should I be taking or what kind of medication’s? Should I get that you think would make this pain not happen again. I can’t do this anymore. I am in so much pain. It feels like someone squeezing your insides and twisting them. Any advice any suggestion suggestions please help me. I cannot take this anymore.

I need somebody that can create a pattern so I can crochet a blanket. Does anybody know a designer that can create this pattern for me? I need the Pat pattern to have a draft that I can see before I buy it, and I need it to be done in a timely manner
