That is a book definition, what is on the ground, something much different not only it has deviated in practice from what it was supposed to do. It has also become a breeding ground , for some people to blame men even for their own failure. Feel good about themselves.

When men commit crime they will go aggressive and all brute force no planning , dumb way to go about it and the fastest way to reach jail
