Is it me or did they have the gang play on a seperate sound stage? AND, opening with birds? I expected a chill song then Birds to close it out with a heavier faster song and some sort of even mild pit.

I get they don't want it to be crazy like the Fear pit, but it was fine at tiny desk I'm sure they'd be fine in studio 8H.

Any guesses on the last song? I feel like they wouldn't do anything older than Never Enough but now what they opened with Birds maybe they go with Blackout or Holiday?

The gimmicky nature of Halloween and Sam's pallet walls of inventory really stir up all the dopamine my brain needed on this visit lol.

Apparently there's a new DBZ / BK crossover? Where and when was this announced? I just heard about the One Piece SpongeBob too, crazy. Have you tried it? Is it good?

She been in multiple theater programs for the past 6 years as well as being heavily involved in her media program. She's looking too go for some sort of acting degree... I have very little knowledge of what all that entails. She's heard good things about Arcadia because we're on the north east coast of the US but I'm up for getting her wherever is best suited for her desires.

However I also want her to end up with a degree that doesn't crush her with debt and lands her a great job. So ANY help of advice or whatever is greatly appreciated. She graduates HS next June.

With 1190 coming out i got to thinking, who's better? Who's more worthy of being the Pirate King then and now? I think I got a little heated on this.

Rewatching all the MCU back to back before Doomsday and this just struck me as odd / funny ish. I'm assuming its because I'm watching with barely any time in between.

The issue is seeing winter soldier building the flying warships to take on massive threats which were then taken over by badguys who wanted to use them to kill millions.

And Ultron starts with Tony talking to Bruce about building basically warships to take on massive threats which immediately get taken over by the badguy.

I think its funny that as shield is talking about it, the audience seems to be being lead to side with Cap against the idea of these weapons that could keep peace by keeping people afraid. However, in Ultron we're seemingly being lead to be on Tony's side in support of these suits so that our heros dont have to risk their lives so often.

This isn't any sort of wild take and they do touch on winter soldier a little in the ultron but its very quick. I just never thought much about the overall idea and how they compare and contrast since there was such a gap between watching them.

What are or have been your thoughts on this?

The leads in this song are faint but after figuring them out, they're SO beautiful and fun to play. Specifically the chorus lead, this Bridge lead and then the final outro chorus solo thing, that thing rips!

This is just the bridge, and to my ears it sounds spot on but if any other guitarists with better ears could help me out please let me know.

Are you at all curious of how things look when you take photos? I've seen a bunch of different shorts and reels of people filming their process with the meta glasses and since they don't make them in my prescription, I chose 2 different options to try and fill that need and capture the background of how I photograph and what I decide to capture in the moment.

This video shows the photos and the set of the band Harbor. If you give it a watch I would love a critique. You can be harsh, honest, whatever I can take it. I need all the advice I can get to introvert the craft.

I've seen some amazing moments captured here by you absolute legends and they're a mixed bag. So I'm curious, is it just a preference thing, or is it looked down upon if you do use a flash?

I think I heard a fellow photographer once say if you need a flash, you're just not that good at knowing your settings, but imo there are venues that are just SO dark and or the stage lighting is crushing moments that might need a flash capture a specific area of a scene.

I have multiple shots from a set where the lights were wiping across the crowd while a band member was on the fence singing and the parts that are lit are great but the brights were so bright in those sections that the darkest parts are just so dark. I know I could go through light room and mask to bring up those darks, but I like to run straight out of the camera usually lol.

So thoughts, does flash make you bad or does it have its necessary moments?

I wasn't sure what to expect with the GO Ultra, but it's actually really rad! The audio is awesome and the low light is phenomenal! The battery however seemed to be an issue. Recording at 4k 30, I got less than 30 mins. Maybe the Purevideo was the issue or the amount of flashing lights and changes to exposure, iso etc. It was really warm by the time I realized it died. I put it back in the case and filmed some more while I charged it with a a backup battery. I took it out of the case for the last song, but it didn't have enough juice to do more than 4 mins. Still awesome to get all these wild angles or concert photography. I used it a week later for a different shoot but haven't watched that video yet. I bet it's better cause I wore the hat attachment.

I'm incredibly new to this but I believe people should be paid for their work beyond the price of a free ticket right? My first big shoot was this weekend and being a huge fan of the band I was fine with just being there and getting that kind of access. However, going forward, I'd love to make this a source of income. So let me hear your story, how'd you turn your love into something that pays a bill or the bills?
