Perfect Seed for Hardcore! (Seed Locations in Description)
Today I've beat Hardcore for the first time in my life on a random seed, and it happened to be the most broken seed I've ever encountered! For anyone trying to beat Hardcore easily, here are the most important locations:

Overworld:
Desert Village with a Desert Temple and a Pillager Outpost nearby (perfect for easy totem farming): 1167, 63, 353
Ideal Nether Portal Building Spot: 1180, 64, 403
Stronghold (recommended digging spot): 2667, 71, 111 (After you exit the hole you digged, you should see a tunnel. Climb on the top of it using the stairs, then turn left and break the wall in front of you, and then enter the uncovered door that leads to the portal. You need 11 eyes of ender to open it).
Nether:
Fortress (if you used the perfect portal building spot, it should be almost few steps away from your spawn): 280, 60, 49
End:
End City with a Boat: You spawn right inside it! The exit lantern is on the island right under it.
