22m, 170cm, 56kg, bf%?
I’ve always been skinny so I’m finding it hard to estimate. I’d guess somewhere 10-15%? My abs are still soft but I have good separation in my muscles and see striations in my chest/shoulders when I flex (and think I’m starting to see it in my quads too when I have a pump). (I already know my posterior chain is way underdeveloped!)
Only asking because I think my lifts are starting to plateau but that could be because I’m not getting newbie gains anymore (9-10 months consistent training, 2 years since first gym session but had periods of taking months off in that time).
Thanks for your help guys.
Bfp help?
My abs are pretty soft but I have good quad separation, can see some striations in my chest and shoulders when I flex. I’d estimate I’m ~15% based in abs, but the other things indicate lower. Do I just have bad ab genetics?
Only asking since I feel my lifts aren’t progressing any more, but unsure if this is just because I’m not getting newbie gains anymore (first started 2 years ago, but took breaks of months, so been locked in for 9-10 months now).

All homemade: chicken schnitzel with celeriac remoulade, herbed buttery new potatoes, soft lettuce salad with vinaigrette and toasted walnuts. Very proud of this one!
Chicken schnitzel, celeriac remoulade, lettuce with vinaigrette and toasted walnuts, herby buttery new potatoes. Close to a perfect meal for me.
The chicken was crisp and juicy, the sides were all herby and vinegar-y and crunchy crisp, a lovely bite on the potatoes… this was amazing!
What is the name of this bread bought from my local Turkish shop?
I can’t find anything other than pide when I google ‘Turkish bread’. It is delicious!
Anything to look out for that would be an indicator of quality?
