The black car was used by Clark Gable, the gray one by Gary Cooper. I briefly met the owner of the former, Harry Yeaggy, who won Pebble Beach’s 2026 “Best of Show” afterwards. He also owns the Mormon Meteor Duesenberg. That’s a different animal to these, obviously, but seeing the two sportiest production Duesenbergs was a treat!
