Would Eastern Congolese citizens even do anything or would they simply accept Rwandan rule

Rwanda is obviously not at the required stage of human capital to be participating in any sort of international assessments. Mr. Kagame just make Rwandan youth look retarded.

I have such an insane mental block against this champion. If she lands her E you are dealt atleast half your HP bar and in most cases forced to base. Even if you dare fight her while shes in her ult and you manage to kill her, the tentancles will still continue to slam. She can easily 1v2 post 6 making junglers anxious to gank and save you. I don't know if she's good or bad but she is now my permaban. I can't deal with her at all.

I do well in lane but the botlane just steam rolls us. If I was play Jax, Camille or Irelia I could dive the ADC multiple times but instead I have to try to land Q's on a Zeri that's amped with Janna movespeed to try and save this game with the most telegraphed easy to dodge skill shot ever.

North America is better for English-speaking Africans because you can make far, far more money in your chosen field and there are institutional protections put in place to protect you from discrimination.
These protections don't exist in Asia
So why are so many Africans still deciding to study and work in places like China? Discrimination is so well known that African english teachers expect to be paid less than their white peers.
I keep flip flopping between accepting the offer or continuing to work IT support in real life.
I currently make 50k year working remotely for an American mac-based MSP. I also have an offer from the military for their "Information Systems Technician" trade.
I'm not sure if I should accept the offer. I would make a guaranteed 82k/year if I can stay long enough to make corporal but I would need to stay there for 4 years. Could I find a job in IT that pays as much or better in that same time period? I guess I'm concerned about the opportunity cost.

In Ghana there is a stereotype about Ghanaians leaving to China to start a business. They're usually assumed to be very wealthy or intelligent. I wonder if the same holds for Chinese people in Africa.

I have two job offers, one in Canada and one in Macau of all places as a Network Engineer. The only benefit I'm currently seeing is the pay would be a bit better. There's no imperative for me to go to China and to be frank I'm very hesitant (which might be good enough reason to not go).
Fun quest but at the end when the Sabbat dude reveals himself the voice actor and the dialogue sounds so unbelievably bad relative to the rest of the game. What happened? I'm not finished the game yet no spoilers please but the rest of the quest was good.
