Did anyone else know about this message in SL?

I somehow just learned about this. I knew about the maintenance schedule but not this.

If you hold down 1 and 0 in Ballora’s Gallery for about a minute and a half, then press 1, you get a bunch of randomized counters all over the screen with a hidden graphic above a 1/100 chance every 10 seconds for the screen to freeze.

This is that graphic. 8/17/1995

Did anyone else know about this? Couldn’t this be SL’s date? It could take place directly after FNaF1 and work with the timeline.

My Quest 3 barely charges anymore

I’ve had my Quest 3 since December of 2024.

I’ve noticed that it now barely charges. It always says it’s charging at a slower rate.

Here are the facts:

- For about a year, I’ve been using one of those dual chargers that plug into both the headset and the cable itself for extra charging power where the power is coming from a computer

- It has been completely fine all this time

- Now, even when I charge my headset with a different source and different cables, it’s still charging at a slower rate. Even with the best cables and power sources I have

- The other day it was charging for 5 days and was only around 60%

Does anyone know why this might be happening? It seems to be the headset that’s the issue.

There’s one interesting detail to strengthen the idea that Jax is trans that I’ve only seen one other person mention

The show takes place in 2017.

Jax is 22 years old.

Goose transitioned in 2017 at 22 years old.

That’s definitely not a coincidence.

I personally think Cortana’s off-camera death was a good thing

Now when I say this, I mean in the perspective of Halo 4,5, and Infinite as one whole story.

Halo 4 - Master Chief holds on to his humanity more than he realizes and ends up unknowingly dooming billions by not deleting Cortana despite his duty.

Halo 5 - Master Chief gets manipulated by the soon-to-be godlike figure that is Cortana. Chief doesn’t snap out of it until he’s locked in a cryptum. He’s understanding the cost of failing to follow his orders and following his humanity instead.

Halo Infinite - Master Chief wakes six months after a lost battle only to find out that Cortana is done for and completely eradicated. She can no longer be fixed. He learns the full consequence of “failing” Cortana.

This is what makes her off-camera death so great. It’s that it puts us in the eyes of Master Chief. No great, cinematic death of her’s. Just nothingness. She’s gone now. And it’s his fault that she had to die this way. It’s all his fault and he knows it. It creates an understood pain with Chief with Cortana just simply ceasing to exist with no send off.

To me, that’s the perfect way to display the Chief’s humanity: by showing his faults through his own eyes.

Does this confirm Episode 9’s YouTube title? (Only a spoiler if you don’t want to see Netflix’s new short clip of Episode 9)

I saw a post of someone showing this little teaser that Netflix dropped. In both the trailer and this clip, episode 9 is titled “The Last Episode”.

If that really is episode 9’s name, I personally think that’s pretty funny.

PSA: Episode 9 Has Been Leaked

Please beware of posts you click on. Episode 9 has been leaked. From what I’ve gathered, only the ending is free to watch online while the entire episode you need to pay the leaker for.

This is NOT fake. The Last Act HAS been leaked in its Brazilian Portuguese dub. The voice actors in the leak ARE the real voice actors.

Edit: The leaks are primarily being spread on Twitter and TikTok. They haven’t yet reached the vast numbers of TADC subreddits (to my knowledge) but that could always change.

Have you ever noticed how you can easily recognize when a scene switches animators?

This is in no way a hate post.

A great example of this is the first example I’ve given. Not only does Pomni’s sandwich go from vertical to horizontal in the very next frame, but Ragatha’s expression changes completely.

The second example I gave is a little less noticeable but they’re both of Ragatha’s reaction to Pomni’s apology and the frames are only divided by a cut to Pomni and does not logically flow.

I just thought this was interesting, especially the sandwitch thing. I haven’t seen anyone talk about it.
