Sending a SMS text to more than 1 phone #s fail in my iPhone 17's iOS v26.5.1's Message app with cell data & wifi off.

No problems sending the SMS text to one mobile phone #. Is this normal?

Verizon over 10 hours on the phone and 7 days later

So I ordered my phone from Verizon on Friday and it says 2 day shipping so I waited 2 days and nothing so I went on the phone with customer service and they said it’s ganna come the next day so I called the next day to let them know I wasn’t ganna be home but my Roomate can sign for me and if they can have ups call me when it’s there they said yes again nothing not even any updates from the ups number it’s now 7 days later I had to call off of work today and I waited sitting infront of the sun from 12pm to 3pm then Verizon called me saying that the driver told them 4:30 to 5 to come out side so I’m not waiting in the sun and told me I’ll get a month off my pay for my phone so I went inside and trusted there word it came at 4:00 instead so now I have to wait another day and I can’t call off of work again so I called to tell them how I was fine outside waiting but they told me to go inside and nothing there saying they went support to tell me this then they connected me to a higher up and as I started explaining my situation to the higher up the call went to were close now 7 days wasted over 10 hours on the phone for this 2 days delivery I’ve never been more stressed out in my life

Salesmaker Discount Verizon Inquiry

I attempted to change to Simplicity on my Verizon account with the Salesmaker discount and noticed it was going to wipe away the 50% off plan discounts so it looks like even tho Salesmaker terms and conditions show it’s eligible it doesn’t appear that they are. So then I just decided to upgrade one of the myPlan Unlimited Welcome plans to Unlimited Plus and it looks like that was going to remove all my 50% discounts too- is this normal? Do you have to reinstate the Salesmaker discount if you make any changes to your plan at all?

Is Simplicity Worth it for existing customers?

What are your thoughts on if the new Simplicity plans are worth switching to if you’re an existing customer?

No “Over-Moderation” here…

We will discuss all things Verizon- debates are permitted. No need to pose questions in a certain way, or to use mandatory flairs, and you will not be banned instantly after minor disagreements, and then forced to chat the MOD team and beg to not be banned or suspended. Not how this subreddit operates.

Trolling, spamming, and anyone making threats will be banned. Anything else is a case by case basis but we are looking for you to ask your question and have a great discussion!
