What degree would be best to get after being A LEO? Looking to go back to school but want a degree where i can articulate a direct connection between the degree and LEO experience.

Long story short need to pull some money from my portfolio to buy a new car while insurance is sorting out if I’m going to get paid out or not. Is it best to sell a stock that’s has profits and been on a run? or sell stocks that’s slightly negative?

Last week i hit a massive cement rock on the highway causing a massive hole in the oil pan and causing the oil tube to get bent. Drove about 5 minutes to pull over to a safe part of the highway and call a tow. Got it towed to my mechanic for him to repair the oil pan / tube and he says the engine is knocking pretty bad and that it’s not looking good.

Will insurance cover this ? Will they give a hard time because i had my mechanic work on it first ?

Is it time to start looking for a new car? Im going to file an insurance claim to see if they’ll cover but i highly doubt they’re going to pay to fix an engine on a 2018 Audi A4. Is the car drivable with a knock or is it just a time bomb at this point ?

Currently I have a 2018 A4 and im Considering buying a 2023 or 2024 Q8 E-Tron. These are a few questions I have but any other pointers or advice is appreciated

1)what are the cons (especially factory issues) or advantages buying one of these models? VAG cars have always been known for electrical problems and getting a fully electric car from them I feel like might be a nightmare.

2)How’s the general maintenance ?Considering these cars don’t need spark plugs or oil changes is there other factors you have to monitor and change routinely ?

3. do dealers usually over extended warranties for EVs? I have yet to see one of these cars be offered certified pre owned.

4. is there anyway to improve mileage per charge? I commute 110 miles round trip for work and about 80% of the commute is highway miles.

Currently i drive about 55 miles each way 5 days a week for work with my 2018 Audi A4. The Audi is paid off and has been putting on crazy mileage. My ultimate goal would be to preserve both cars incase something happens to one i always have a means of transporting being that i live so far from work. I’ve been considering buying another car for commuting maybe an EV SUV. (Maybe Audi E-tron) since i can charge at home. Would a EV be practical for that long of a commute? Or would it be better to buy a beater ?

Curious if anyone has in knowledge how often spots open up in NYC?

I’m 230lb white belt and i find myself having trouble staying on top of someone (when in mount or half guard) even when they’re significantly lighter. I don’t get straight up bumped off all the time but people will reguard on me easily. What mechanics are best to help maintain heavy top pressure ?

Looking for advice on this Full body 2x a week program. I do BJJ 2-3 times a week and also run 3-5 miles at least one day a week so the plan would be

Monday- Run / BJJ
Tuesday- BJJ
Wednesday- rest
Thursday - Day A full body
Friday - BJJ
Saturday - run or rest depending on body
Sunday - Day B full body

DAY A
•Deadlift 4x5
•BB row 4x5
•DB flat bench 4x8
•Leg press 4x5
•Push up 4 sets until failure
•Seated DB OHP 4x8

DAY B
•Squat 4x5
•Pull ups 4 sets until failure
•Incline DB bench 4x8
•DB row 4x8 (superset with incline DB)
•Bicep curl 3x12
•Tricep rope push down 3x12
•Dips until failure
