will Kurios or Luzia ever come back to the US?

i've seen quite a few but those were my favorite cirque shows. i most recently saw corteo, and while i liked it it didn't compare at all to kurios or luzia. i just love the concepts and the visuals of those shows. do i have any chance to see them again?

(bit of a tmi) can iron pills STOP constipation?

sorry for tmi. i poop probably every 4-7 days (i know that's bad). ive taken a probiotic for ages and thats sort of helped. recently i started taking iron with vitamin c and now it poop probably every day. it's weird because everything says it can cause constipation but it seems like it fixed my problem instead? is this possible or am i doing something different without realizing?

edit since people aren't understanding: when i say i poop every day and it fixed my constipation, i'm saying i am NOT constipated, i do NOT have runny stools. i am pooping REGULARLY

also, no, i'm not taking iron because of the constipation. i'm taking it because im anemic, this is just a positive side effect.

if the moon is orange from smoke, is it safe to open the windows?

the moon looks really orange right now, but it's so hot in my house and i'd like to get cool air in. the nearest wildfire is about 80 miles away but it's a different direction to the moon, so i assume that could mean the smoke has traveled? it doesn't smell like smoke outside as far as i can tell. i have my window open currently since it doesn't smell- but for future reference would it be fine to leave my window open?

there is no air quality alert or anything, but i've seen ash falling and my phone says the air is fine so i'm not sure i trust that lol.

▲ 0 r/sleep

i keep sleeping through my alarms.

i've ALWAYS slept through very loud noises, since i was a baby. my parents were always worried that i'd sleep through a smoke alarm if the house was on fire. as a kid a slept through the smoke alarm in the kitchen and i never slept with my bedroom door closed, so it was still pretty loud.

now as an adult i jsut sleep through my alarm, loudest setting next to my bed. i'm not turning it off and going back to sleep. it's just playing for an hour. if i NEED to get up i have to have my roommate wake me up, and that's really annoying, so id like to stop. anyone know of any way to stop this or am i just fucked?

edit to add: there was a point for a couple of months where i could wake up to an alarm. i woke up fine for about a week, and then i didnt, so i set it to a new tone and that woke me up. i ended up rotating tones about once a week, and then eventually it stopped working. i'm not sure what changed in my life during that time that could've affected it.

are rest days always necessary?

i've recently started doing simple dumbbell workouts, starting with 10 pound weights. everything i've heard says that you should do rest days, but is it necessary if my weights are light and it's a short workout? the reason i don't want a day in between is because it's really hard for me to get in a habit of doing something unless it's every day. i'm not sure why that is or how to fix it, so any habit i have i just do daily.

how can i put a price tag on earrings hanging on buttons?

sorry if this is a weird question to post here, but i wasn't sure where else to put it. i sell earrings in a store, they're hanging on an earring rack (currently the earring cards sit on a long thin metal piece) at home, i store my earrings on a button like in the photo (not mine). i want to put my earrings up on the rack on the buttons, but im not sure how to attatch a price tag without it being messy or getting tangled? any ideas? it can't be just a price or something very small as i have to write my name, a code, a description, and the price in a specific way (attatched). i might be able to put the description on the opposite side but that wouldn't be ideal.

any thoughts or ideas are appreciated as i'd really prefer to display them this way! it would add a nicer aesthetic, and it would save space!

how do i get started with craft fairs? i feel completely lost

i want to start selling jewelry at craft fairs. i've already started selling in a space at a gift shop type place. my prices range from 10-30 dollars currently. (most everything is under $20, but i have a few intricate bracelets that are $25-$30). the place im selling at just recently opened, and im only paying 15% of every item i sell there, no actual booth fee right now.

how do i even find craft fairs to get into? what do i need to do to prepare? do i need a license? insurance? how can i know how to price my items considering there will be a fee for the booth? i'm not sure where to even find this information.

what should i do with these shell beads?

i have NO clue what do with them but i'd like to use them up. i've had them for AGES and i don't know where they came from or what their original purpose was. i've recently started selling, i use wire. help!

can i sand the end of my wire? do i use normal sandpaper?

i've only recently started making jewelry. i do wire wrapping. i've been making these cuff bracelets and finishing the end with loops or swirls on each piece of large wire. however, i'm making one for my dad and he's a pretty masculine guy, so i don't want to use the loops i've been doing for him if i don't have to. can i sand down the ends of the wire with regular sandpaper? i feel like i've seen people do it but i also might be wrong. i have plenty of sandpaper because i also do a bit of woodworking so i could just try it but i thought id ask the more knowledgeable people here first.

somehow i accidentally deleted my text so edit to add it back:

asking because i noticed i feel like i need to wash my sheets way more when i have to shower in the morning than when i shower at night and i wanted to see if that was a common theme or just me

how did you name your jewelry business/socials?

i'm trying to come up with a name but it's really hard. personally, i never remember names like "(name)creations" or "jewelryby(name)". i also don't want anything cutesy, it's just not who i am as a person so i don't want to be perceived that way. anyone have ideas or suggestions or advice?

i only recently started making jewelry: here are some that i posted here a couple of weeks ago. i haven't yet but i'd love to learn to make wire wrapped pendants. mostly want to work with wire and stones, and some glass beads like the ones i used in the photos.

i had an idea for a name before which was "rustedmetalheart" but its already taken on instagram. also maybe rusted isn't the best word to sell jewelry? i liked it because it referenced metal without being too on the nose and it's a lyric from a song i like lol
