Hair thinning while losing weight, is it worth adding anything or just eating more protein?

Down a decent amount since spring and the thinning is the only side effect that has actually bothered me. I have pushed protein up and it has helped a little but not enough to stop me noticing. I do not want to stack five different things and then have no idea which one did anything. If you dealt with this, what did you add and did you give it a full three months before judging it?

Looking for a smart bulb bright enough to be the only light in the room

Every color bulb I have tried has been fine as a lamp and useless as a ceiling light. My living room has one fitting in the middle and when I put a color bulb in it the whole room just looks washed out. Adding lamps in every corner to make up for it defeats the point. What output should I be looking for before it stops feeling dim, and which ones actually hit it?

Does the type of saturated fat matter for cellular aging, or is that just marketing?

I grew up being told saturated fat is one thing and you avoid it. Now I keep reading that odd chain and even chain versions behave differently in the body and only one of them tracks with better outcomes in the cohort studies. I cannot tell if that is a real distinction or a story built to sell something. Has anyone here looked into this properly?

Electric bills are brutal, do I start with windows or attic insulation?

Our 1970s colonial near Hartford is drafty and the bills prove it. I have maybe $8,000 to spend this year and everyone I talk to sells whatever they happen to install. Window people say windows, insulation people say attic. The house has original single pane windows with storms, and the attic has maybe four inches of old fiberglass. Where does the money actually go first?

Allentown area need full exterior work done. Roof, siding, gutters. Anyone have a contractor they actually trust?

Every quote feels like a sales pitch. Looking for a contractor to do a full exterior overhaul on my place in Allentown roof, siding, and gutters. I’ve had a few companies out, and it just feels like I’m getting a hard sell every time. I just want an honest opinion and a fair price without the three-hour presentation. Does anyone have a company they’ve used that they’d actually recommend?

Any other 2D roguelites with fast combat, lots of blood and gore, and a darker style? This game scratched a weird itch, but now I’m wanting more.

My first week with an ai scribe actually went better than expected, what should I focus on next?

I’m a primary care physician about three years into my own small practice. Documentation has always been the part of my day I dread most, and I finally caved and started using an ai scribe tool about ten days ago after a colleague kept nudging me.
Honestly, I expected a rough onboarding. I figured I’d spend the first week correcting errors constantly and questioning the whole thing. Instead, the notes are coming out reasonably clean, my end-of-day chart backlog has basically disappeared, and I’m leaving the office closer to 6 than 8 most evenings. Small win, but it feels significant.

Now I’m trying to figure out what to actually do with the time I’m getting back. Do I see more patients? Invest more in each visit? Work on the admin side of the practice? I’m also wondering whether there are settings or workflows I should be dialing in at this stage to get more out of the tool before I get too comfortable with the defaults.

For anyone who’s been using an ai scribe for a while, what did the first month or two teach you that you wish you’d known earlier?

This baby formula case getting more interesting with Mead Johnson using the Roundup lawsuits as a defense

There's been a new development in the baby formula NEC cases, and it ties back to the Roundup stuff, which made me do a double take. I've been following both for a while now, mostly as a lay person who got pulled into reading this kind of news a few years back.

Mead Johnson, the company behind Enfamil, is fighting a big formula trial and they're leaning on a recent Supreme Court decision about a weed killer to knock out some claims. A weed killer case and a baby formula case are not two things I expected to see in the same sentence.

That Roundup ruling was basically about warning labels, whether the maker should've warned people about a cancer risk. The court sided with the manufacturer because the EPA had approved the label without that warning.

The formula cases aren't really about labels though. Families are arguing the formula itself was badly designed and that it's linked to a serious gut condition in premature babies.

From what I've read, the label side is more about whether families got warned about the risk, and that's a different fight than saying the design itself was the problem. So Mead Johnson is stretching a ruling about one type of claim over a different one.

Even the attorney in the article I read called it a stretch. And a filing like this on its own doesn't settle anything, it's just the company making its argument.

There's a federal test case set for Aug. 12 that could shape the rest.

What’s the best way to learn intermediate German?

When I first started learning German, I used a bunch of apps. Tbf, I was just trying to understand how the language works and get the basics. I think I pick up languages pretty fast, so the early stuff came easily. But now I’m trying to get past A2, and I know I need a bit more structure. Like word order, actual grammar explanations, and practicing full sentences. What have others used to get to A2 and keep going? Courses, apps, what’s helped so far?

Do people actually buy one robot vacuum per floor?

I have a deebot t90 that usually stays on the first floor because that’s where the worst mess is. Every now and then I carry it upstairs and let it clean the other floors.

Then I saw people saying they bought one for every level of the house. Is that actually common, or are you all just much richer than I am?

Multi agent orchestration keeps breaking at the same point and I don’t think it’s a tooling problem

Took us an embarrassingly long time to figure out what was actually failing.
We had one agent handling a multi-step ops workflow. It worked fine in testing, fell apart in prod. We swapped models, rewrote prompts, tried LangChain then n8n then BridgeApp. The failures kept happening in the same place - handoffs. Specifically, context not surviving the transition from one agent to the next. Agent two would start a step with a completely different understanding of what agent one had just decided.
What eventually helped was treating handoffs as first-class objects in the design, not an afterthought. Explicit state that gets passed and validated between agents, not just hoped to persist.
But I’m genuinely not sure this is the right framing. Some people I’ve talked to say the real fix is shared memory, others say it’s better orchestration, others say the whole multi-agent pattern is overengineered for most use cases. So where’s the truth in all this?

Best Psychic Reading Sites in 2026? I Spent Months Comparing Popular Platforms AMA

I wanted to find out which psychic reading sites were actually worth using in 2026, so I decided to compare many of the most popular platforms and look beyond the marketing claims.

Choosing a psychic reading site isn’t easy. Almost every platform promises accurate readings, gifted advisors, and life-changing insights, but I wanted to understand which sites consistently delivered a quality experience from start to finish.

Rather than relying on reviews alone, I spent months comparing popular psychic reading websites and evaluating the factors that matter most when choosing a reader.

My goal was to look at the complete experience.

For each psychic reading site, I compared:

* Advisor selection and specialties
* Reader verification and experience
* Love, career, tarot, and psychic reading options
* Chat, phone, and video availability
* Pricing and introductory offers
* Free trial or new customer promotions
* Scheduling and advisor availability
* Customer reviews and ratings
* Ease of finding the right reader
* Mobile experience
* Customer support
* Overall user experience

One of the biggest things I discovered was that the site with the most aggressive promotions wasn’t always the one that provided the best overall experience.

Some platforms looked impressive because of their discounts or free minutes, but after spending time using them, other factors became much more important. Reader quality, honest reviews, transparent pricing, and an easy-to-use platform had a much bigger impact on whether I felt the reading was worthwhile.

I also found that focusing only on reader ratings doesn’t tell the full story.

A great psychic reading experience depends on several things working together. Having experienced advisors is important, but so are clear pricing, responsive customer support, a good matching system, and readers who specialize in the areas you’re looking for, whether that’s love, relationships, career, family, or spiritual guidance.

The more platforms I compared, the more my perspective changed.

At first, I assumed finding the highest-rated psychic would be the most important part. After months of comparing different sites, I realized that consistency across the entire platform matters just as much. A site with reliable readers, transparent pricing, helpful customer support, and an easy booking process often provides a much better overall experience than one that’s simply heavily advertised.

For me, the best psychic reading sites in 2026 are the ones that combine experienced advisors, fair pricing, transparent policies, reliable customer support, and an overall experience that makes it easy to find the right reader for your situation.

If you’re looking for the best psychic reading sites in 2026, trying to compare online psychic platforms, wondering which services are actually worth paying for, or deciding where to get your first reading, ask me anything.

I’ve spent months comparing popular psychic reading sites, testing different readers, evaluating pricing, reviewing introductory offers, and looking at the overall experience, and I’m happy to share what I discovered.
