1. How does the SHM function and how can I access it?
2. What is the overall best plane? (hub is NRT)
3. What type of route should I open? (Short Haul/ Long Haul)
4. How does I know what route is the best? IRL demand? Audit?

6. What is the benefits of an alliance? Code-sharing?

I got on a metro to Piccadilly Circus, and while I was waiting for it, I figured out that the odds of the train being on time is 50%, while every other outcome adds up to 50%. However, I then thought: The odds of the train being on time could be 33.33….%, while being early could be 33.33….%, being late could also be 33.33….%. You can expand it to other outcomes (eg 1 minutes late, 1.1 minutes late….) Then, the maths doesn’t add up! Would that mean 50=33.333?

**Roadmap Update**

Thank you all for the continued support. An honest update on the 2026 roadmap:

**Realism and Cargo Mode are delayed (new ETAs TBD).**

As a solo developer, maintaining the live game while building a new mode has taken much more time than expected. I also want the new modes to be of great quality, so I don't want to rush them.

What I can share:

- Realism Mode beta testing is targeted for this fall.
- Both modes are actively under development, with assets for cargo aircraft being prepared as well.
- I'll share more details once beta testing begins for each mode.

Core concepts stay the same: both are separate modes with their own progression. Realism Mode brings more authentic flight and aircraft mechanics (range by configuration, block times, flight circuits, scheduled deliveries), and Cargo Mode builds on top of it for dedicated freight operations.
