Trying to read wideband through EGR on 02 Vette

I'm trying to log data through the EGR using PCM Hammer and PCM Logger, but realized EGR is disabled in the ECU. I found B1301 in TunerPro that enables it which does work, but now the car runs worse and has check engine lights. I assume the ECU is using the none existing EGR to adjust timing. How do I prevent the ECU from reading the EGR while I tune it?

studs look like foam

The cylinder like studs in my model look like foam and break very easily. One of them broke off while I was removing it from the bed. I didn't clean much of the support yet. I'm using an AnyCubic i3 Mega X with a 0.6mm nozzle with TECBEARS Matte PLA. I used OrcaSlicer. What can I do to improve this? I was thinking I could increase the radius since there's no reason for it to be that small. The print speed was set to 40-60 depending on the location. I also enabled wait for 20 seconds on layer before continuing.

Where to get custom firmware for Ender 3 Pro?

I have a stock Ender 3 Pro and want to install custom firmware to boost it's performance but don't want to compile it. Where can I get such firmware?

PCM Logger won't connect

I'm trying to tune my 02 Corvette since I installed a wide band sensor last year, but I can't get PCM Logger to work. PCM Hammer works just fine, and I've tuned my Vette in the past, but PCM Logger has always been a pain to get working and I don't know what I did last time to get it logging? I have a Red ODBLink SX cabled that isn't connecting but does for PCM Hammer, and ODBLinkLX bluetooth that again does work in PCM Hammer but not PCM Logger. The one that did connect is J2534 but that couldn't see the ECU. The laptop runs Windows 10. Do I need a certain version of .Net or some other dependency?

Not the best print

I tried printing this with PETG and it was horrible due to all the stringiness, so I switched to PLA and it's also stringy. I had to make changes due to fitting, like the circuit board sat too high for the Sega CD. Also, support is the ban of my 3D printing experience. The PETG print would rip off some of the shell with the support. You can see that the letting in the front isn't well preserved either, but that maybe because I'm using a 0.6mm nozzle? This might be fine assuming everything still lines up. This took around 16 hours to print, and that's nothing compared to the estimated time for the top which is over 2 days.

92 3000 GT dies after 3 minutes of running

I'm trying to bring back this old 3000 GT that my uncle abandoned for a long and I finally got it to run, except it does after 3 minutes, and won't start back up until it fully cools down. I did replace the fuel pump and drained the tank and put new fresh fuel. I also cleaned the fuel injectors and replaced the filter seals in them. I read that the ECU goes bad often, but I found that the ECU was replaced with a rebuilt in 2011, as dated on the sticker. Which is probably how long this 3000 GT sat, if I had to guess. I might remove the capacitors from the ECU and test them anyway. It doesn't have spark after it dies.

Any ideas why this happens?

Neptune Shell is done but can't print yet

My AnyCubic i3 Mega X had it's thermistor die just as it started to print this. I do have my Creality Ender 3 Pro but that's too small for this. Gotta wait for the part to come in and fix the AnyCubic. I plan to print this with PETG using a 0.6 mm nozzle and OcraSlicer, but I don't know of anything better. I'm not a 3D printing expert to know what's the best settings to print this with.

I could upload what I have but I'm almost certain something isn't going to line up properly, which is why I want to print it first. I also haven't figured where to upload the model. There are buttons, Sega CD cover, and LED diffuse to go with this.

Mega Drive Model 2 front "CONTROL 2" font

I'm trying to find the font for this so I can use it in Fusion 360. It's from the front of a Sega Genesis Model 2.

Where does this go on my 07 Highlander Hybrid?

I took out my inverter to replace the thermal paste and I can't figure out where this goes?

**EDIT**

Figured it out. Goes on top of the ECU to hold the beauty cover one.

Can't extrude a lot of surfaces on my model

I can't seem to extrude most of this model, with the exception of the bottom. The only reason I can think of is because most of the model is using Fit Point Spline? The bottom of the model I did use some Lines as they didn't need to be curved. I included an image of what I'm trying to replicate.

Here's a link to GBATemp where the .f3d file can be downloaded.

How do I make this into a solid body?

I used stitch to put it together but I want it solid so I can cut it in half and do things like Fillet and Extrude? My goal is to make a top and bottom shell and use Shell to make it hollow.

Unstable RX 570 8GB with shorted caps?

Trying to fix this for my nephew and it only lasts for 3 minutes before the screen turns off. I know it's not the PC because the PC I tested already has a RX 470 4GB and that works fine. This was a miners card so I figured I'd test some capacitors and the eight towards the GPU core are shorted and shorting to ground. The pins underneath are reading zero ohms. Is that the problem?

Need some Neptune photos

I'm trying to 3D model the housing and I need some good side and rear photos of the Neptune. A better front photo would be good too. It has to be direct and not tilted in any direction. You can't view any other sides of the Neptune.

My COSAM Neptune board is finally working

Been a while but I finally got it working and stable. Main issue was crystal oscillator was bad, because I originally installed it backwards. That got me a black screen where there wasn't any picture before. I ended swapped all the Genesis parts with another one I bought off Ebay and still no difference. I did swap the other Genesis parts and got it working with a new crystal oscillator, so no Genesis's were harmed in the making of this Neptune. Turns out, I didn't put enough solder on the 6800 chip. The pins on it are kinda vertical and hard to tell if there's a proper connection. Also there was a bad connection for the resistor packs that go to the Genesis VDP.

The 32X didn't work initially either as I found a number of bad connections for the 32X parts as well. Eventually I got it working but not stable. 32X would freeze after 5-7 minutes of use. The 32X ram chips are also vertical style and I just flooded it with solder to make sure they had a proper connection too. Also, I put a much larger capacitor for C525 because I only had a large one laying around. I ended up putting a proper sized capacitor just to make sure.

Here's a link to a video of it working. Next step is to create to Neptune housing because I ain't paying $300. Also I can share it for others to print as well. Gonna take me a while since my experience with 3D printing is making car parts.

02 B4 AC compressor 1V

Trying to get my new to me Audi A4 AC system working but it won't engage the compressor. With the car running I'm getting 1V to the connector to the compressor. What could cause this?

COSAM Sega Neptune no picture

I'm putting together a Sega Neptune from COSAM and I can't get an image out of it. Not even a black screen. The TV doesn't recognize an output. Did I forget something? Put an IC chip in the wrong place or upside down? I took the DIN AV connector from the Genesis and not the 32X. I get 5V and 3.3V where it should be. Is the Sega 315-5788 not getting switched on? My tools are a multimeter and a component tester from Amazon.

**EDIT**

Looking at the Sega 315-5788 I see these three pins getting nearly 5V. Is that normal? I know Pin 1 is VCC and that gets 5V. Sorry UK users I'm using Imgur.

I'm using CachyOS and when using ipleak.net it shows my ISP IP when I do the torrent test. I can avoid this by selecting Proton0 under networking interface in QBittorrent settings but is there anyway to force everything to use ProtonVPN without needing to do this? I do have ProtonVPN Plus and Kill Switch Standard enabled, along with WireGaurd.

Tried to power it on with Sonic the Hedgehog put in and it doesn't display anything. There are a number of components I didn't install because they either show an asterisk * or it can't be clicked on, so I assume they don't get installed. Want to make sure I'm assuming correctly. Also, I installed a diode from the 32X to D502 and I'm not sure if that's fine? I also took L5 NPN transistors from the 32X and installed those on the Neptune board.

Also, where is VCC because on github it was written to check VCC to ground and it needs to be 350 Ohm. I checked 5V to ground and it's around 300 Ohm. Not sure if 5V is VCC?

**EDIT**

Here are photos of the board.
