It’s been out for a year and it still has not come to any mainstream streaming services. I have never pirated before but I am desperate. I have emailed Cinema Guild multiple times on whether they will release it on home media or streaming and they never respond. And it is not longer available to purchase from them directly on their personal website. So my last recourse is to pirate. Idk any of the pirate sites though.

The casting announcements said both actors are leads. The Crave post on social media had all 4 actors in it as if they are equals. The only thing I can think of that might contradict this is Jacob saying a few months ago that Shane and Ilya will always be the heartbeat of the series. But that could be interpreted other ways too. Also both of these actors are established already. Especially Justice Smith. Like he’s been in massive blockbusters (Detective Pikachu and the Jurassic World films) and a highly acclaimed film (I Saw the TV Glow) it would not surprise me an actor as established as him signed on because Troy and Harris are substantially bigger characters than Scott and Kip were.

I think the writers prefers people to start with the Paul Baker origin episode which is why they have it in the season one category. But I was wondering if people agree with that?

I went to 1 pm showing at Belcourt theater an art house theater to see a documentary today and the sound was out for the first 20 minutes. I left a bit afterwords because I don’t like watching films incomplete. There is only one more showing and it’s for 6:30 tonight. Will they be able to fix those first 20 or so minutes or will it be the same reel of film and have the same problem?

I’m assuming people here know that it’s a myth. Homosexuality as it is in modern terms didn’t exist in any ancient culture. But so many people think it did. How did this myth start and why was it forced on to Ancient Greece of all places? Ancient Rome gets it too but not as strongly. There are homophobic people who blame the fall of Rome on acceptance of gay people. That’s laughable. Rome fell when it was Christian. It was not accepting of homosexuality at all.

I thought he was a great host but isn’t this the industry indirectly nominating him for heated rivalry because he can’t be nominated at the primetime emmys? Doesn’t this kind of confirm he would have be nominated for lead actor drama had he been eligible?

All of his other theatrically released films are available to stream. Some even have physical media. I have never seen a Hong film struggle to get a streaming site to pick it up. This film was released almost a year ago, and still nothing. I think it’s because of Mubi. I always blame Mubi when I have the chance to. But does anyone have any information on why this film is not streaming yet?

America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and I believe a select few Latin American countries. Zero European countries. That’s insane. The film is doing well so far domestically considering how many screens it opened with (1000, compared to the 2600 plus a certain other “indie” horror film opened with). And it being a queer film. I looked up box office totals for other queer films. Most of them do far better internationally than they do with American audiences. So why would Neon bank on Americans over Europeans?

Is the film more Melissa McCarthy’s or would you say they are both co-leads?

Does the subreddit even do that?

Links awakening has its own Wikipedia page and the other two remakes do not. So I was just curious if it is considered to be more substantial in its qualities as a remake? I haven’t played any of the original games so I can’t compare.

Should I be getting my digimon to their max level before digvolving them? Can I just get a basic overview of levels? I’m 20 plus hours in and took months long break from the game. And returning and forget what levels do.

Persona? Dragon Quest? Kingdom Hearts? Tales? Xenoblade Chronicles? I’m talking a new game. Though I would include Persona 4 Remake into that. Last year wasn’t too crazy. So I’m just wondering when these series are going to be dropping their newest game. Anyone hear any rumors about what these studios have been planning?

How did it get to that number?

I know he’s eligible for International. But if Heated Rivalry was able to compete in Primetime would he have been nominated? The show has already been honored by the Tv Arts and Sciences with the Television Academy Honors Award. It also won the Peabody. Almost every show that wins a Peabody gets Emmy nominations. And he’s widely considered to have given the best performance on that show.
