Anyone hired a UK SEO Agency before? Need Advice
Hello everyone, I'm looking for a marketing/SEO agency mainly for link building for a UK based business and trying not to make the wrong choice.
I've searched on Google just to get some names on top. A few that come up were Bluefrontier, Clickintelligence SEO, & Atomic Digital Marketing.
I'm just trying to figure out how to actually judge an agency before paying them. Reviews don't really convince me much anymore because i have seen people selling and buying reviews online.
For anyone who has hired an SEO agency before, what did you ask them before signing up?
Main things I'm unsure about:
How do you know their SEO work is actually decent?
What should they show before starting?
What should a monthly report include?
How do you track if they're really improving things?
Should i focus on ranking, traffic, leads, or all of it?
any red flag to watch out for?
Is it a bad sign if they guarantee rankings?
Would be good to hear from people who've been through this especially with UK agencies.

Are "grinding" cleansing balms becoming more common in K-beauty?
I only recently found out that cleansing balms can come in those twist-up "grinding containers, and now I'm wondering if I've just been late to this.
I always assumed cleansing balms were basically all jar-style, where you scoop the product out with your fingers or a tiny spatula. The jar format works fine, but I always lose the spatula within a few days, and digging balm out with my nails never feels very hygienic.
I tried one of the Korean grinding-style cleansing balms mostly because the packaging looked interesting, not because I expected it to be that different. But I actually ended up liking the format more than I thought I would. You just twist up the amount you need, so it feels cleaner, less messy, and easier to control.
The balm itself melted into oil pretty quickly too, which I liked because it didn’t feel super heavy while removing sunscreen/makeup.
The one I tried was the farmstay ginseng & niacinamide grinding cleansing balm, but honestly I'm more curious about the packaging format in general than that specific product.
Has anyone else tried these grinding cleansing balms? Do you prefer them over regular jar cleansing balms, or is it more of a gimmick?
According to Jeff Sneider, Black Panther III will begin production at the beginning of 2027 for a release in February 2028.

Anyone else more consistent with skincare when the product is actually fun to use?
I know this might sound a bit silly, but I've noticed I'm way more consistent with skincare when I actually enjoy using the product.
Recently I tried one of those capsule-in-gel moisturizers, and I honestly thought it might just be a gimmick at first. But the mixing part has become weirdly satisfying. Some days I use more of the gel when I want something lighter, and other days I mix in more of the capsules when my skin feels drier.
I’m not saying the capsule format is some magical skincare breakthrough or anything, but I do think the texture and the routine make me more likely to keep using it. The one I tried is Farmstay PDRN & Vitamin Advanced Capsule Cream. I hadn't used much from Farmstay before, so this was kind of a random first try.
Does anyone else care about how "fun" or satisfying a product is to use, or do you only focus on ingredients/results?
Any fast AI support tools for global users?
We're looking into adding AI to our support system, mostly for first replies, ticket summaries, FAQ-style answers, and helping agents draft responses. The feature itself seems simple enough, but the tricky part is that our customers are spread across different regions, and the experience isn’t always consistent.
Some users get AI replies pretty quickly. Others wait long enough that it starts to feel like the bot might be stuck. In support, even a few extra seconds can feel noticeable, because people are usually trying to solve something and don’t have much patience.
We’ve looked at a few AI support tools, and most demos focus on deflection rate, accuracy, and automation. But I don’t see many people talking about regional latency, request routing, or what happens when one provider is quick in one market and slower in another.
For teams with global customers, how are you handling AI support latency? Do you think about regional routing, or just pick one provider and live with tradeoffs?"
What's everyone using for digital family calendars?
Mainly need something to manage schedules for the whole family: me, my wife, and our 3 kids. I've used google calendar before, but manually adding all the kids' school stuff is a huge hassle.
Time tree works well for just me and my wife but I could see it falling apart with kids stuff layered on. I also keep seeing everblog and cozi mentioned in different threads.
Would love to hear your thoughts.

Quick math on Seedance 2.0 vs Mini
Been tracking my credit usage on Seedance this week to see if switching to the 2.0 Mini actually saves the points.
A standard 720p clip on the regular 2.0 model costs 255 credits, while the 2.0 Mini drops it down to 180 credits. On paper, saving 75 credits a pop sounds great, but after testing both, I think you have to split your workflow to actually see the savings.
If you're just generating simple conversations, character dialogues, or basic talking-head shots, the Mini is a no-brainer. The motion holds up perfectly fine for simple setups.
But honestly, if you try to push it with complex cinematic action or heavy camera panning, the Mini tends to glitch out or force random camera cuts, meaning you just waste 180 credits anyway. You definitely still need to pay the 255 premium for the full 2.0 model, otherwise the details get a bit mushy.
I've experimented with a bunch of different platforms lately to test out new pipelines, but honestly, running these models inside Dreamina has felt the most seamless so far. Since it runs directly on ByteDance’s infrastructure, the rendering feels way faster and cheaper than bouncing around standalone engines.
So my current setup is basically a hybrid portfolio: using Mini for the basic dialogue scenes to bank some credits, and dropping the 255 premium on the full 2.0 model when I need the heavy action to get it right on the first try.

What role do you think Black Panther and Wakanda will have in Avengers: Doomsday?
I’ve been thinking about how important Black Panther and Wakanda were in Avengers: Infinity War. Wakanda was not just a location. It became one of the main battlefields, and Black Panther had a strong presence in the story.
So with Avengers: Doomsday coming up, what do you think their role will be this time?
Do you think Shuri’s Black Panther will have a major part in the movie, or will Wakanda mostly be used as a supporting location again? I feel like Wakanda still has a lot of importance in the MCU, especially with its technology, politics, and connection to bigger global threats.
Would you want Black Panther to play a big role in Doomsday, similar to Infinity War, or do you think the movie will focus more on other heroes?
