Need to scoop the fretboard

My km550 has very weak e string(s). But sounds fine if I play over the end of the fingerboard. As a DIY hobbiest, I want to scoop the fingerboard myself. I presume this is best accomplished with a router. Any advice before I give it a go?

Work Source registration?

As part of my action plan following my Work Source visit, I was instructed to create a user account @worksource.com. the registration asks that I provide my SS#. Im not comfortable providing that private info to this website. Anyone else object to this data collection? The website has a message that states a new website is coming in June.

Anyone struggling to find the 3 job searches each week?

I'm about 8 weeks in and struggling to find jobs to apply for related to my long time career in the tech space each week. I've been using LinkedIn and it seemed like there were plenty of opportunities at first. Coming up empty so far. Thinking of looking for part time work in anything at this point.

Comcast DRIP

Question for folks. I own a bunch of Comcast acquired over time through grants and options. Undecided whether or not to keep DRIP on this stock or not. Yielding over 5% makes the case to keep the DRIP. On the other hand, one could argue to put dividends elsewhere.

Year End Statement question

Trying to figure out my cost basis on shares aquired via a stock spin off. Fidelity lists nothing for cost basis on the new shares. To try and figure this out, I need to know the how many shares of the parent stock I owned on Dec 31, 2025. The year end statement only lists the total share value not number of shares.

I suppose I can subtract the number of DRIP shares received in 2026 to come with the share amount on Dec 31 2025. Should be an easier method.

Welp didn't see this coming. Laid off from my previous job, signed up for Part B and Part D, now looks like I might be getting a job. If that happens, should I keep Medicare (deducted from SS) and take heath insurance from new employer? I haven't got a gap plan yet. This would include my spouse

As a portion of my salary compensation I was awarded company stock over my career. I just retired and thinking of writing covered calls using these shares. Current share price is below my cost basis on some shares and above on others. The other piece here is that all of these shares were awarded in odd lots over time, not simple 100 share buckets. How would l select which lots to sell the option against? This can get messy in terms of trying to sort out cost basis on mixed lots at different acquisition pricing. In fact my head hurts thinking about it.

If I want to DRIP some equities in my Fidelity brokerage account and direct other dividends to my core position, does that require an additional account? Looks like all DRIP or Core in the account settings.
