Non-Toxic … Expensive

Why is non-toxic stuff so expensive? Do you think the manufacturers/sellers are abusing the label? Is there a real reason why the stuff is so much more than “standard” stuff? Is it economies of scale? I’m speaking generally, but I’ve been looking specifically at non-toxic dishwasher detergents and laundry detergents.

Voter Registration Stats for Arizona

One of the things that haunts me is the incredibly poor voter registration stats for the Democratic Party. It’s bothered me since I was a precinct committee person during the early Obama years. Getting together once a month to hand write postcards to non-voters isn’t going to make a difference in the numbers, not on a large scale. What should the party do about this poor voter registration?
