Am I dumb to slap grout over this to refresh it?

I really don’t want to remove the old grout.

I bought the Miele C1, will i regret it?

My ex is moving out, and he is taking the vacuum with him. I live in a 600-700 square foot apartment, all hardwood, short haired dog.

I want longevity for my vacuum; I bought the C1, and it's coming in the mail today. But the price is pretty steep, and I feel like the purchase was quite expensive, and I could probably buy something cheaper that still suits my needs.

Also, if I move out and don't have hardwood anymore, it would be great to have an option that would still work well on carpet.

Please drop any advice!

911 lyrics

I just had a moment to read the lyrics to 911 and it’s absolute poetry. The way she mesh’s everything together is pure talent.

What do you do with your sweaty scalp after working out?

I run several times a week, and my scalp gets pretty sweaty. Is there a spray or product that helps reduce bacteria or odor between washes, kinda like a little refresh!

Washing my hair isn’t an option, I don’t have the time to wash every other day.

Do you have running rituals?

Around the 2 km mark, I find a quiet spot to spark up, bob my head to some music, and just soak in nature for a few minutes. Then I finish my 5K and end the run by feeding the squirrels in the park.

The urge to squeeze through the smallest opening instead of slowing down…

Does anyone else end up squeezing through the tiniest gap between people on the sidewalk while running? Like paper thin.

How many couples therapy sessions before you know if it’s working?

My partner and I just started couples therapy. I really want this to work, but I’m also exhausted from the hurt. I’m trying to stay positive and curious instead of jumping to conclusions. From your professional experience about how many sessions does it usually take before you have a realistic sense of whether the relationship is likely to improve or not.

Ash free doobtube?

I want to smoke when I run. The doobtube I use constantly covers the joint in ash when I carry it with me. Is there a doobtube or a half-smoked joint holder that keeps the ash away?

Lots of extra fabric and toes hit where my finger is, I feel like I could go down a .5

How many of you run?

Do any of you have recommendations for our hair? I want to wear cute hats but I hate visors.

Also any other accessories worth mentioning?

Help me feel better about going to contact with my homeless parent

I recently reconnected with my mom, who struggles with a personality disorder. She’s not officially diagnosed, but she experiences delusions. She might be schizophrenic or bipolar. She’s been homeless for two to three years and is currently living on the streets. She claims this is a choice and doesn’t want help. She calls me from different places to check in, and these calls are really painful and difficult. i’m at a point where I need to decide if I should continue picking up her phone calls or change my number.

I am so torn and heart broken, I am the only person she has left.

Any support groups in Toronto for adult children of parents with mental illness/homelessness?

My parent is homeless. I’m in therapy, but I’m looking for extended peer support and people who understand a situation like this. Hoping to build friendships.

What are we doing for strength training?

I’ve been running for a few months now and occasionally experience soreness, and I definitely want to reduce the risk of injury. I want to get into strength training but am curious if there are other options, like types of yoga or different fitness activities/classes that can help prevent injury and that anyone has tried.
