I have 2 young cats. I "lock" them in after dark.

One of them, has stopped coming even when repeatedly called with food, which makes me think he must be out of earshot (or in someone's home : /)

I'd love an affordable device, without subscription, that would roughly let me know where he is.

I'm in an urban area, so I thought an AirTag might work as other iPhones will be kinda nearby?

7pm dark. At bus stop Hobart Street which admittedly is pretty dark atm.

However surely it is on the bus driver to spot us?
Or failing that, the council should have street lamps on.

Anyone else recieved a comment? Or waves their phone when its dark?

It reminded me that Uber have a feature where it will colour your screen to wave in a colour the drive is expecting. Handy for those crowded pickups!

By which I mean I’ve always liked his hit songs and every few years would go on an MJ binge. But only recently started to fully appreciate everything about the man.

I’d love to learn more, from his likes and dislikes to relationships with other celebs, unusual records set etc!

Hi everyone.

A couple of years ago I froze some eggs. Just 4.

Now I would like to use those eggs but, if there is a embryo, I don't know whether I have better odds of doing a fresh or frozen transfer?

My Dr says the chances of success are similar., but obviously with so few eggs I really want to give myself the best possible odds. To me it feels like a fresh transfer (where the embroyo isn't frozen again would make most sense)

My AmH is so low there is no point trying to do anymore egg retrievals, so everything rides on this unfortunately.

Personally I would prefer to do a frozen transfer, as I would like to see what happens and then plan a transfer later.

My periods are now irregular and very light. I am 37 so my uterus should still be healthy.

Just looking for advice or anecdote on whether a fresh transfer of an embryo is statistically more likely to be successful.

I own my home and am financially extremely comfortable and don’t have to work full time (though I currently do)

I am single, female. All my family live overseas. I have friends but they all work full-time and I don’t believe I could ask them for anything more than emotional support.

I am pretty isolated I suppose. Is this a barrier to me fostering? I live in New Zealand.

If I had a foster child it would only be raising them, apart from going to daycare or other paid assistance (I guess a babysitter if I was too sick to take care of them.)

Does my situation rule me out for fostering?

I keep seeing the same DoorDasher riding on the pavements and I had to step out of their way as they came at me riding on a Pedestrian crossing recently.

It’s super inconsiderate not to mention against the road code. Unless you are physically walking your bike you don’t belong on the pavement.

First add, sorry this is not really a "Snob" question.

I like my new sofa but I think the lack of support from the shoulders up is giving me a headache / neckache (something I am prone to due to crappy posture anyway).

I am thinking of buying a huge long cushion / pillow to dump on the top of the sofa so I can lean my head against it...... and /or a bolster cushion for the existing cushions?

Suggestions? Open to product suggestions (though I live in New Zealand so would have to find something similar)

I am lucky to live in New Zealand.

Last year I snorkelled in Fiji which was amazing. The Yasawas I think it was.

Where are my best bets if I wish to plan a holiday around snorkelling?

Side note: also consider places like Bali as it’s much cheaper than some of the Southern Pacific so worth going the extra distance

I hate being that person who makes an entire post for a precise question BUT

, I have VERY fine (smooth, soft, very very easily tangled), thin hair than I never wear down because it gets so messed up if I do.

I want to get it restyled but want to do some by someone who understands how easily tangled fine hair gets and how to add volume with hair that is so flat.
