[acne] chest and back acne

My back and chest has flared up with acne. Last time I had it was last year I think and it magically disappeared on its own and this happens to me all the time. It made its appearance again but this time it’s quite a lot. I’m worried. Is there a holy grail product? Or do I need to go to a dermatologist 😭

I’m so upset! New batch of breakout after a year!

I guess it serves me right for getting influenced by these paid Instagram ads and tiktok products. I literally was on a success journey after suffering from acne for a good 4 years and I gave into buying this ugly Dalba spray serum white truffle nonsense and I’m breaking out everywhere ☹️☹️ oh my god I don’t wanna go to the dermatologist. I fear it started a new apocalypse.
