



It took us 3-4 hours for making kimchi with 6 Napa Cabbage 🥬
Of course we needed to make suyuk(boiled pork) to eat with fresh kimchi ❤️

I divided into two dough right before shaping, why does only one look better than the other one…?
• 150 g starter
• 560 g water
• 720 g bread flour
• 80 g whole wheat flour
• 16 g salt
I used perplexity to get a timeline to bake cause I work in the evening!
Preheat 500F for 20 mins
Open bake 475F for 15 mins with steams
Reduce to 420F for 15 mins without steams
Using sourdough starter discard to make breakfast! 🥞 pancakes and coffee 🖤

Used magic cook vermicelli and stirfry sause
Boiled about two hours!
Made special spicy sauce on the side :P
2 pack ramen noodles
1 tablespoon, i used olive oil
5 cloves of garlic
3 green onions chopped; white and green parts together
3 cups mixed vegetables (bokchoy, onions, cabbage)
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1-3 teaspoons korean chill pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
