I’m building a growing personal brand and service business around wedding photography, videography, short-form content, and React Native/software development content. The goal is to improve social media presence, generate more leads, create consistent content, and build a long-term working relationship with someone reliable, creative, and growth-focused.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
I’m looking for a remote VA who can support me with social media growth, short-form video editing, content ideas, outreach, and ad campaign management.
The role will include:
- Editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Creating reel ideas for photography, videography, weddings, behind-the-scenes, client work, and React Native/software content
- Repurposing existing photo/video content into reels, posts, stories, and carousel ideas
- Managing and improving social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Handling LinkedIn content mainly focused on React Native, mobile development, software engineering, and tech-related posts
- Researching trends, competitors, hashtags, captions, and content ideas
- Planning content calendars and scheduling posts
- Running and managing social media ads/campaigns for wedding photography and videography services
- Helping with lead generation and outreach to potential clients, wedding vendors, makeup artists, event planners, venues, and other relevant people
- Tracking inquiries, leads, responses, and follow-ups in an organized way
- Helping improve profile aesthetics, captions, bio, highlights, and overall branding
- Basic reporting on what content is performing well and what can be improved
- Suggesting new ideas to get more photography/videography projects and wedding bookings
Qualifications/Experience Required:
The ideal person should have:
- Experience editing short-form content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook videos
- Good understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, music, trends, and storytelling
- Experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of social media ads, especially Meta Ads/Facebook Ads
- Good research skills and ability to find content ideas independently
- Good English writing skills for captions, outreach messages, and LinkedIn posts
- Understanding of wedding, photography, videography, lifestyle, or creative service niches would be a big plus
- Experience with LinkedIn content or tech/software content would also be a plus
- Must be organized, responsive, creative, and able to work without constant supervision
Location:
Remote
Salary Range:
PKR 50,000 per month starting salary.
Since I’m currently still growing this business, this is the starting budget for now. As the work grows, projects increase, and results start coming in, we can definitely discuss increasing the monthly pay.
There is also a possibility to discuss commission or performance-based bonuses for confirmed wedding/event bookings that come through your outreach, campaigns, or lead-generation efforts.
