Just got back from Dry Tortugas and used a cooler backpack for beer. Thought it was waterproof until it leaked and soaked the ladies bag next to me on the ferry ride.
Been to the Narrows with a regular backpack and when I go again, I’d like a dry bag.
Got to thinking, is there something I can use as a cooler AND a dry bag? Looking for any recommendation. Thank you!!
Have and old iMac running Mojave 10.14.6 that I haven’t updated because I have old programs that won’t work on the current update.
A couple times a year, I plug my iPhone into the Mac and pull the recent photos. Just plugged in today and it does show photos, but a bunch of random ones.
A couple from 2026, then the past years but nothing recent.
Restarted the computer and my iPhone, no luck. Any ideas? Thanks

Going snorkeling in 2 weeks and just bought a GoPro 13. Does anyone have recommended settings?
Watched YouTube and set two additional profiles: 120fps and 240fps. What’s the best one to use when underwater?
If I take a slomo video with either of those, does it have to be viewed slomo or are you able to speed it up?
Also, I want to take pictures under water and when we’re not snorkeling but in water. Is it better to take a video and thanks pictures from it or take actual pictures? Thanks

Hey I’ve got an old version of CS5 that’s on a 14 year old iMac that I can’t update because the CS5 is 32bit program and the Mac update changes it to 64bit.
This is all I use CS5 for…
Once a year, I take a photo of my kids on their birthday and use CS5 with a particular .OTF font to add their age…THATS IT.
Can GIMP do this? I’ve got the .OTF files saved. Thanks

Heading to Key West next month and snorkeling the dry tortugas. Would love to have a video camera and maybe the option to take pictures, but video is the main thing I want.
I might have another use for the camera maybe once a year snowboarding and snorkeling isn’t something we normally do.
A friend going with us bought an Amazon Akaso EK7000 - like a GoPro knock off for around $100.
Does anyone have a recommendation? Don’t love spending a couple hundred on a camera I’ll use once, but also want something that works.
Also, would like to be able to easily transfer the videos/pictures from the camera to my iPhone without have to use a computer.
Last, I record baseball games with my iPhone and could potentially use the camera in conjunction with GameChanger.

Have two of these rocking chairs that have been in the family forever. You can see the weaving is in bad shape and at the end of its life.
What’s the solution to re wrapping? It looks like it may be able to be re woven, however we were also considering replacing with leather. Could leather work?

Only do 2-3 swipes of deodorant and when I wear dark tank tops, it leaves white marks at the pit area.
Ran them thru the wash and no luck - still white. Anyone have a fix or a recommendation on a deodorant that doesn’t do that?
