What outcomes from certain gigs could have been avoided or made better if V had just thrown around their Eddies?

I mean they’re mostly just sitting there except for when V feels like buying a new car or some pirogies. For example. After liberating Clouds from Tyger Claw control, it wouldn’t have been a stretch to expect them to attack the club in retaliation. V could have just suggested to Judy “How about I hire on some Afterlife mercs to work as security for Clouds, in case the Tyger Claws get any ideas.” Or maybe grease Wakakos palms, so that she’d get her boys to step in and prevent any retaliation.
